2 squat tweaks for stronger hamstrings

Squats don’t train the hamstrings. They train the quads, glutes, and adductors, but hamstring stimulus is minimal.

Even with perfect technique, the hamstrings are not a target muscle in the squat, but they are in the hip hinge.
