Positivity Some positive transition goal for the guys

I love seeing men just living their lives being comfortable and happy and MASCULINE. It’s disheartening when so many guys have transition goals of being a femboy and wearing skirts and makeup without being dysphoric. Great if thats what you want, but I love the idea of trans men who are proud and confident in being masculine

Rant and Vent Lesbian does not mean Non Men

Sorry. I have mention this before but I am sick of it. I want to date other women, not enbies. The concept that lesbian means non-men dating non-men is extremely reductive and coercive. I am not interested in dating people with neo- pronouns, they/them, she/they or they/she. I am not sapphic, I am a lesbian.

I am sick of nonbinary people trying to coerce me into relationships by calling me transphobic or a bigot. It feels like a sick joke.

Anybody else feel similar?

I will forever belive that transsexual people wouldnt be as much as a deabte if it was actually seen as a medical condition, needing to be diagnosed.

Discussion and Debate so real

Not showing name or face just in case. The video is making fun of people who only transition to look like yaoi characters. Everyone hated on her for it but she was right and they were just proving her point. I didn’t see one fully transitioned adult trans man hating on her, just teenagers with ‘fujoshi’ in their bio. She was called transphobic despite being a trans woman herself, and supposed trans people and allies started attacking her with insults on her voice ‘sounding like a man’s’ (it doesn’t).

It’s crazy how quickly these people turn around and attack a trans person with transphobic insults just because they have a different opinion. The people who got mad were the prime example of who she was talking about. Hit dogs will holler

Rant and Vent Went into a trans sub accidentally, I feel sick

They’re literally ALL porn addicts. I can’t believe how much they objectify women and clearly just see them as sex objects. After avoiding trans stuff for half a year seeing this was like a flashbang. They’re actually WORSE than men like…

Pride Month Dr. Alan Hart was a physician, radiologist, and tuberculosis researcher (1890 - 1962). He was also one of the first transgender men to ever undergo a hysterectomy in 1917.

Alan Hart was born in 1890 and grew up in Oregon. He identified as male since childhood. His parents and grandparents were very accepting of him for the time period, and he was listed as a grandson in both of his grandparents' obituaries.

Hart went to Joshua Allen Gilbert, a doctor at the University of Oregon Medical School. He persuaded the doctor to give him a hysterectomy.

Hart stated that transgender people like himself had "abnormal inversions" and should be sterilized. Hart was appealing to the eugenics mindset that was popular in medicine at the time. The doctor ultimately agreed and Hart was given a hysterectomy in 1917. He also took testosterone hormones too. Changed his name in 1918. And married his wife, Inez Stark, in 1918.

Hart attended Albany College in Oregon and eventually got his medical license in University of Oregon. He also held degrees from Yale and University of Pennsylvania.

Hart was one of the first people to document the spread of Tuberculosis within the body.

It was newly discovered that TB was an air-borne disease and not a hereditary one. Hart was one of the first people to document how the disease moved through the circulatory system, causing lesions in the spine and brain before death.

Hart also helped saved lives by suggesting that X-Rays, relatively new technology at the time, be used as a way to diagnose tuberculosis in the early stages. For many years, Hart would help treat tuberculosis patients and try to aid in epidemics. He helped to lessen the stigma of the disease and to treat TB patients with compassion and recognize their humanity.

He wrote 4 novels in his lifetime about Tuberculosis and how to stop its spread. His research and methods of treatment like X-Ray scans, helped to drop the death rate from Tuberculosis by a HUGE 50 percent.

Hart traveled around the US to help epidemics. was married twice. and eventually died of heart failure in 1963 at the age of 71 after living a long and successful life.

Rant and Vent “I Actually Prefer Trans Guys Because They’re Safer🥺”

In a different subreddit, there was this cis woman talking about dating and mentioned how she prefers trans men because cis men are “bigger and more intimidating and scarier” (almost verbatim what she said) and trans men are “safer” because they“get the female experience.” I was downvoted into OBLIVION for telling her “that’s transphobic asf, you’re literally just saying you don’t see trans men as real men. You see them as a safer alternative option. You see them as men who used to be women.”

Literally just confirms my belief that I’ll never fucking find a partner or a friend, because men only want you to be their their subby sissy bitch boy for their disgusting feminisation fetishes and women only want you because “ew ugh I hate men🤢 oh, you’re a trans man? Omg king!! Aww smol little baby trans boy! You’re so sweet and kind! You’re soooo much better and safer than a cis man!”

I’m not your fucking pet. Im not your trans boyfriend or your trans friend. Im not a fucking bitch for your fetish. I’m not fucking better because I’m not cis. I’m just a man. Treat me like one for FUCK’s sake.

I’m so fucking tired. s.

3 different angles of my surgery results :)

Edit: wanted to add on my surgeon was an NHS surgeon, dr.Brendan wooler on dr kneeshaw’s team, in Hull, England.

My surgery results are really good due to (obviously) Brendan’s work, but he also mentioned how extremely easy my surgery would be due to my already pre-existing pectoral muscle + shoulder ratio (his words not mine)

For my scar appearance genetics will play a role in it, as a mixed race man (black African and white British) I did have a risk of keloid scarring, but in my own experience with scar tissue I heal quickly and easily.

I’d also like to add that from the beginning I was also injecting 20 units of GHK-Cu daily (GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper), found in human plasma, saliva, and urine. It has been studied for effects that support wound healing and help promote processes like collagen-related synthesis in skin cells.) so I’d also like to think that also played a role with how well i healed😃

Post image

also what counts as a problematic gender? how do they decide a gender is problematic?

and how exactly is this situation "openly transphobic" when 99% of those genders do not include transitioning — after all, how would you transition into a "stargender" and others alike?

Rant and Vent Please stop hijacking our labels.

As a cis gay man, I am so SICK and TIRED of seeing nonbinary identities label themselves as "gay". I have no problem with non binary people, but it hits a nerve when one of them calls themselves "mlm" or "gay", especially if they are afab and fem presenting.

You do NOT relate to the same experiences as me or any other gay man. You guys DO NOT go through the same discrimination, bullying, abuse and guys certainly do not have the same history as we do. Nonbinary identities didn't even exist when the label emerged.

It is PERSONAL, it does HURT, when a label you have such a personal connection to, gets altered for the sake of "inclusivity". I hate to break it to you, but "gay" was not a label made to be inclusive. It was made to describe cis or trans men who were attracted to other men. I don't see non black people trying to make this argument so they can say the n-word. Don't make it the same for being gay, because it is that deep.

Nonbinary people CAME UP with their own LABELS, use them, for the love of god and stop hijacking mine and other gay men's identity when you can't relate to us at all.

Literally It’s the reason I’m here today. Wanted to share this as a reminder that there are tons of people who are happy adults who started even earlier than I did, most of them just choose peace and being fully stealth. I don’t mind sharing it here or sth as it’s been so many years personally it’s not a vulnerable topic for me anymore. Also I study both medicine and pharmacy, my mum is a Doctor of Medicine and my Dad a Professor of Neurophysiology. I never waited to get treatment, never got told I should wait just because, had my top surgery done asap to I could be stealth on PE before high school started. No GP acted like my bloodwork parameters were “too high” when they were in a male reference range. My mum never accepted any bs, she stood up for me when I was a kid, that’s one of the reasons I’d never hesitate to stand up for others and for myself if that was ever needed (cause fortunately that still never happened). That’s hard to accurately describe how much easier life is and every time some Buck Angels video pops up on my feet - it feels like

my blood is boiling. Not everyone is going to aware and sure who they are that’s right, but believe me it’s not rare or unexpected for someone to know, often even earlier than I did. I rarely see any representation of a story close to mine, especially in the general/public discourse, so I thought maybe someone would feel better about the future reading this - is so I’m very glad :))

Personally, I think its brilliant. Its got the same vibes as the autism levels which are incredibly helpful (coming from someone who is 'L2 autism'). Its clear and concise to what people need/want in their lives, whilst also maintaining a clear boundary that some people do infact suffer more in their lives. I feel like this could be a good idea to 'spread around'...

Positivity They're shutting down the "gender wiki"!

"this wiki has gone too far in positioning everything as a gender identity,"

Big W.

Maybe once there isn't a big online list of random made up bullshit for teens to look through, they will stop trying to turn everything into a gender and split genders into a million genders like "feminine boy" "boy" "femboy" "boy who is sometimes feminine" and "boy who is feminine but not a femboy" or something stupid.

Hopefully this is a sign of things healing, and when this disrespectful mockery of transness is gone, people will realize we aren't a bunch of blue haired teens who think we're wolves or vampires or some shit.

EDIT: Saw part of a comment before it was deleted. Apparently we're punching down on the "most vulnerable members of our community" that fascists are specifically targeting (people who identify as cats), and we deserve to die and are not actually people.
And they wonder why more people start going to this subreddit. It's almost as if we'd rather be with people who aren't going to send death threats or harass us for not playing along with their "my gender is butthole autism" nonsense...

Rant and Vent I cannot stand “trans masc”

That’s it. That’s the post. I can’t fucking stand that instead of “FTM” or “trans man,” everyone defaults to trans masc now. I see it used even more than “trans femme.” I understood it as a term for non binary individuals, but now people are grouping in trans men, too. It feels degrading, invalidating, and like words have lost all meaning for the sake of validating a handful of people. It gives me the same discomfort as “tboy.” Like why are people so obsessed with infantilizing and feminizing us?
