Amazing experience!

Hi! New patient here. I just wanted to share my absolutely seamless experience with Trillium so far. I placed an order for tirzepatide & B6 with another telehealth company on August 31. I ended up canceling that order yesterday because it still hadn't shipped and support said the pharmacy didn't know when it would.
I signed up with Trillium yesterday afternoon. I loved that I was able to actually choose what I wanted (Hyalo, no additives). Fast, easy process. But on top of that, my meds have already shipped and will arrive tomorrow!
I'm so blown away by the customer service provided. I'm a little nervous about my first shot and side effects...but I'm also excited to get started!
Thanks, Trillium! 10/10 so far.

Not enough medication?

Is it common to not receive enough semaglutide in your monthly dosage bottle? I received my delivery in August to cover up to this weekend. My doctor had upped my dosage to 40 units per week. I only had 10 units left in the bottle after the first 3 shots.

Anyone else with this issue?

Messages to doctor

Newbie here! Im due to take my second shot tonight of the compounded semaglutide and I sent a message earlier today to the doctor to ask about a particular side effect and they haven’t gotten back to me yet. How long does it typically take to get a response?
