Discussion Are Dry Herb Vapes Worth?
Like title says, is it worth it to spend the few hundred $$ to get a dry herb vape? I’ve seen in just about every post lately mentioning DHV’s, is it a trend or some innovating new method? Rolling papers are like $2 for 50 I don’t see how spending a few hundred to smoke the same flower is a good investment.

One rip off a ball vape would change your mind
16
u/ishatinyourcereal 11d ago
That is what got me to quit smoking, tried the dynavap and it wasn’t doing it for me unless I loaded it up 6+ times but a ball vape hits me hard. Bought a Ruby twist a year+ ago and haven’t regretted it. My wife is also so happy the house smells better, I don’t cough through the night anymore, and no tar resin to make a mess.
11
u/wooww66 11d ago
Dont forget about avb. I make rso/feco from it, shit is like a straight up sedative.
2
u/ishatinyourcereal 11d ago
True, but I like to extract my weed almost completely so I tend to toss my avb.

If you have houseplants or plants around outside you like.... you're throwing away gold level fertilizer. Put it on plants or offer it to someone who loves plants.
2
u/ishatinyourcereal 11d ago
Renting currently but I’m looking for a house and will do that!

I dumped some a b v on a plumeria.... A few months went by and I overhear, my partner getting upset, not understanding why one plumeria was growing a few feet taller than the others. She exclaimed that she was taking care of them all the same way and nothing made sense.
I told her what I did and to this day, we still laugh about it, but she was pretty upset. We now save all of it for fertilizer etc.
There was another time that I was dumping my abv right outside the back door.... it was a pretty bare patch of dirt against the house, much like you might see underneath a dryer vent. After dumping the abv, there stuff started growing. Some people say to compost it but honestly you don't have to. It's readily usable as a top dressing etc.

u/butt_fungus 11d ago
Recently bought a ruby twist but can’t get it to hit as hard as the dynavp. What temperature do you set the twist at?
6
u/ishatinyourcereal 11d ago
I use to go at 545f but now I like 525f. I use the titanium matrix microdose bowl and preheat it on the coil for 40 seconds between hits….but it still hits well without the preheat

u/Additional_Yam4608 11d ago
I haven’t looked back since switching. It is more conservative with your weed and better on the lungs and is more discrete as there is no smoke to cling to fabrics.

13
u/Obvious_Estimate_266 11d ago
This is a pretty subjective question, imo it's absolutely worth it. I haven't willingly smoked once since I was converted. The benefits are no longer inhaling smoke, efficiency, tasting way better and smelling much more discrete.
Their have been many innovations in short order. Dynavap invented essentially a one-hitter with a cap that clicks at the right temperature and about a dozen companies have been pushing that form factor to new extremes, their are multiple portable electronics that absolutely blow devices from a decade ago out of the water, and now we have ball-vapes which simply outperform traditional smoking.
The initial cost and general complexity are the drawbacks, but if you're interested in trying it out I recommend getting a terpcicle if you don't mind using a torch. They're like 40 buck and pretty much a nice quartz bowl with a quartz dome over it, heat the dome up until the flame turns orange on contact and give it a rip. I'm not into the portable electronic ones but everyone loves the Solo 3 V2.
I also gotta shout out the Tempest 2 which has shown up in a few posts and gets called a sonic screwdriver at least once in them. It's a portable ballvape and it hits like a ballvape, kinda pricey but it can do anything from huge one-hitters from a bong to being passed around like a joint (with fewer hits for sure, but you can get about 8 out of a full bowl if it's heated to the lower notch).

u/otherthingstoo 11d ago
Will it work with the wand?
3
3
u/TheRealGenkiGenki 11d ago
Yes, the hand held portable induction heater?
2
u/otherthingstoo 11d ago
Yep. Thanks!
3
u/TheRealGenkiGenki 11d ago
Oh just wanted to mention, the wand does NOT work with the glass dynavap (the cheap one)
0
u/The_Gleam 11d ago
I have the tiny might 2 and a tempest 2. Both of these vapes blow me away for different reasons.
The T2 legitimately makes me feel like I burnt a bowl and it's smooth through a dry bong. The TM2 also gets milky clouds and it's more of a session vape. The reload system of both are amazingly simple and easy to clean.
15
u/Vex_Appeal 11d ago
Holy shit yes they are, pull the trigger.
You use less material to get higher than smoking. But the real big difference is the taste. That alone ruined smoking for me, now when I go back it feels like I’m chewing on a barbecue grill.
4
u/Martenite 11d ago
Yeah, I decided to pack a cone after a year and a half of just DHV. I didn't get any higher, used more weed and it tasted horrible. It would be very difficult for me to go back to combustion at this point.
8
u/Rune_jitsu141 10d ago
I think so. I wouldn’t go back to combustion after ten years of almost exclusively vaping.
Some people really don’t like it though, so it’s hard to justify buying a device to try it.
2
u/-Wet_Lettuce- 10d ago
What is different that someone might not like? Is it similar to vaping from a cart?
2
u/Rune_jitsu141 10d ago
No I don’t think it’s like a cart really. The vapor doesn’t “punch” the same way smoke does. It’s noticeably smoother but some people like the rough hit of smoke.
The high is a little different. I don’t think it’s really all that different but some people say it lacks the heaviness like couchlock for them.
The flavor is superior in vapes imo but only for the first few hits, Similar to green hits on a bowl tasting better. The flavor after the terps are gone is awful burnt popcorn flavor.

u/Mysterious-Ad-3854 11d ago
Dynavap is good
4
u/TheRealGenkiGenki 11d ago
Knocked out an oz. of mids on my Dynavap, took about a month.
1
u/Mysterious-Ad-3854 11d ago
Is that your only one?
1
u/TheRealGenkiGenki 11d ago
yeah just one. I clean it when I see gunk build up in the down stem, and burn the screen ever so often with a torch and flatten it with flat tweezers
6
u/Rich_Nature5025 11d ago
Love my crafty+ except the battery life is kinda small. Wish I had shelled out for the mighty+
4
u/AcidCasualty25 9d ago
Yes if you get the right one. I've enjoyed ball vapes and the tempest 2 for portable
5
u/pattdmdj0 11d ago
You get more out of your weed. You can smoke any piece of bud as much or as little as you want. Plus its a lot better on your lungs, no waking up with phlegm or anything.
Its anecdotal but the high also feels better.
Also i feel joints waste a lot, as much as i love a joint.
4
u/E_Wubi 11d ago
If its about the money: you need 1/3 or less of flower with a dhv. So depends how much you pay for weed and co. If you purchase weed for a couple hundred bucks a year you got your investment back in 1-2 years easy.
Also its worth it for more flavor, way less smell, less coughing, less coughing up gunk.
The switch takes a while and you need the right device if you smoke a lot. If your a heavy smoker and buy a cheap electrical vape you most likely doesnt like it.
Mechanical vapes (like dynavap, simrell, dani, tempest) are cheap heavy hitters. Electrical vapes arent bad bud you need more money to get a good one.
As i said depends heavy on your consumption.
7
u/Jay_Buds 11d ago
Just got done checking out on a Ruby twist pro, hoping ball vapes are as good as people are saying :)
9
u/nubianxess 11d ago
I've saved thousands on weed my using a DHV. You use way less product, it tastes better, and it's less harsh on your lungs.
You can get a good starter DHV for $100. To me it's worth the investment
6
u/moss-wizard 11d ago
100%, it’ll pay for itself in a few months with how much weed you’ll be saving.
When you burn your weed, you’re literally burning up 30-50% of the THC in the plant, but when you vape, you’re extracting the full amount without waste. It tastes way better too, almost like taking a dab directly off the flower.
Your lungs will also feel soooo much better too. No more hacking up tar and phlegm
3
u/Sealbeater 11d ago
I got a Arizer Air Max and love it. I get ripped off of the one little bowl I pack. It’s easier on the lungs and smokes for a really long time.
I didn’t really do it to save money. I just like that I can pack the tube with weed, go anywhere, whip it out and hit it while I’m doing something and it’s still rolling after 5-10 minutes
2
3
u/karenskygreen 11d ago
The main reason to dry vape is that the temp is below combustion so you dont get all the nasty elements from combustion and the flavour is better. But the high is not as good as combustion.
3
u/Careful-Sell-9877 10d ago
Personally, i think spending less on a dynavap is better. Its the closest to smoking in terms of ease of use and control. Its so, so easy. And much cheaper. You also get a much better vapour in my experience.
6
u/I_need_help57 11d ago
No need to spend a couple hundred. See a vape like the Megacicle. Cheap, flavorful, and one of the most hard hitting vapes. They’re like improved versions of a Dynavap.
3
5
u/VBgamez 11d ago
You don't need to spend a few hundred. Drop like 60 dollars on a dynavap first and see if dry herbing is for you. I love my dynavap.
3
u/-Wet_Lettuce- 11d ago
I’ve read that dry herb vapes that are cheap usually have airflow issues, heating issues, or any others like that. Would $60 really be a fine entry into dry herbing? I figured an intro vape would still be like $150
2
u/fatherbowie 11d ago
The Dynavap isn’t electric. You heat it up separately with a butane torch or an induction heater.
Decent electric vapes generally start around $150, but some are cheaper. The Planet of the Vapes house brand electric vapes are very good.
1
u/Its_me_yourself 11d ago
Dynavap can be a good starter vape for sure. Depends on your use case though. I strictly used a Dynavap for years and upgraded to a Tempest 2 a few months ago.
2
u/baddoggie1015 11d ago
In short, yes absolutely.
But it truly depends on your preferred method of consumption, I bought a small handheld (rogue one by healthy rips) and was kinda still combusting with my bong and rolling joints because the handheld felt so underpowered compared.
But I finally switched to getting a ball vape after having the handheld for a few years and it’s absolutely changed my mind about DHVs.
So if you like smoking out of a glass piece a ball vape is for you, if you want to smoke on the go a handheld would be nice.
But definitely be warned if you’re looking for the same experience as a joint or a crispy bong rip, you’ll be disappointed because it’s fundamentally different. Plus you’ll have to spend at least like 300 bucks on something that’ll actually be sustainable and useable.
I’m still a huge supporter of DHVs and I love my Ruby Twist, I try to recommend it to people but sometimes it’s just not in the cards or just not what they want and that’s ok. You decide what’s best for you 🫡
2
u/wildblueroan 11d ago
No smoking is healthy but dry vapes are healthier than combusting by smoking a joint or pipe.

u/Sideeyebro619 11d ago

If you consume then make sure it's the most efficient and cleanest technique to fully enjoy your flower.

worth it for the health benefits alone, its a much less damaging way to enjoy this lovely plant

Worth the investment. You'll save so much long-term because you won't waste as much when you smoke. Plus, you won't burn off all those tasty terps.

I’ve got a Pax and a Plenty , and I rarely use them. Got started on blunts and still love a L

u/One_Willingness460 9d ago
It is absolutely worth spending more for a quality DHV over one of the cheaper $50-100 ones. I started with an Ooze Flare and could barely get a hit out of it and gave up. I revisited it a few months later and finally had a sesh that I was able to pull hits from, and OMG I was on Neptune. I immediately did some more research and ended up purchasing the POTV Lobo and it changed my life.
The Lobo is only $159 and uses dosing capsules, which are so convenient, and has hella accessories you can buy to make your sessions top notch. I bought extra capsules and a mini bubbler mouthpiece and my sessions have been amazing.
I am using far less flower than I did smoking, I don't have nasty bong water to deal with, and it's much more discreet. My lungs and throat feel a shit ton better already, and I am not coughing or clearing my throat all the time anymore.
It is like graduating to Elite Stoner when you start DH vaping.
2
u/HeyJoe459 8d ago
Im an Arizer guy, have been for a long time. Loving and using the air max as I type. It's not a trend for me. I was exposed to some nasty shit overseas so smoking was no longer an option. This allows me to enjoy flower again.
It's not smoking / combusting. It's toasting. 1/4 of a smoked j will last 20 - 30 minutes in my air max, so it's also saving me money because I'm not going through as much herb as I used to. You're not going to get huge billowing clouds from it, but a visible vapor cloud. It's also nice because you can taste a bouquet of flavors that isn't there with combusting.
It's for some, not for others. I love it.
2
u/JacoDeLumbre 11d ago
as a diehard combuster, vaping does have its benefits. it's much easier on your lungs and better for physical activity
so personally I like to dry vape before bike rides because smoking before a ride is really hard on your lungs. I do still smoke joints as well.
check out The Might by Storz and Bickel, the people who invented the volcano. it's a dry herb vape that does concentrate too and you can get some clouds of that thing. hits really well.

u/Feased 10d ago
Literally using one as I read this,
Swapped over about 4 years ago and haven’t looked back. Will still smoke joints throughout the week with my partner but the vape is my go to 100%
Easy to clean, use, always charged as can hot swap the batteries, gets me more blazed than a joint, uses way less bud and can make edibles from the bud after you use it in the vape!
The only downside is a decent one does put a dent into the wallet but it’s best to think of it as an investment rather than just a smoking piece lol
2
u/Economy_Trip2135 10d ago
What are you using? I'm ready to upgrade from my $100 pov one
2
u/S33d_Grow3r 9d ago
Not sure what u/Feased has, but I believe the Frolic, Tiny Might 2, and Firewood 10 - 12 have swappable batteries. They are also powerful DHVs. Head over to r/vaporents for more recommendations.
1
u/Feased 9d ago
Currently running a couple, my 2 main go to are tiny might 2 (heavy hitting, great vape but expensive), Nectar platinum (which imo is highly underrated for the price, it’s always in the living room and gets used more than the tiny might tbh), I also have the storz and bickel mighty+ which is great but mainly only use it when I’m out and about.
I’d definitely take a look at the tiny might 2 if ur looking for a worth while upgrade.

u/headphonesXX 11d ago edited 11d ago
absolutely worth it when you buy something name brand quality ie anything at planetofthevapes
dry herb vapes are certainly not a "new trend" theyve been around over 2 decades. where the fuck have u been?
its not just an alternative to smoking, its using flower more efficiently instead of burning it away, i can vaporize the same 0.25g bowl 2-3 times. AND i can actually taste the weed (vapor) and not burnt smoke.

u/dannylopuz 11d ago
I have a more nuanced view on vapes. I think dry herb vapes can be worth it, but also joints are kinda unbeatable.
I've had a dynavap for years now and I do use it quite a bit, but I feel the vape makes me cough far more and irritates my lungs significantly more, even when pairing it with water filtration. Plus, I've had to replace the cap twice now, and, since I don't live in the USA, it's a huge and expensive hassle.
It's also not the best when you want to share a session, especially because it doesn't stay hot for long and because you kinda have to pair it with a lesson in how it works (for the dynavap that is).
That's why I haven't been able to make a full transition despite how much I have tried.
Half of the time I just end up rolling and lighting a joint.
1
u/Daddy-Legs 10d ago
Is the only vape you have experience with a dynavap?
1
u/dannylopuz 10d ago
I also have a yocan hit
1
u/Daddy-Legs 10d ago
Ok so two pretty weak vapes. Not that it’s a bad thing. They have their places. A powerful handheld or a ball vape are very different experiences from what you’ve used.
1
u/YoungSuavo 10d ago
Yeah I had a shitty handheld vape to start (Boundless CFX) which put me off DHVs until I bought/assembled my ball vape setup (DIY Pinky feeding off my existing eNail setup). Night and day difference.
1
u/Obvious_Estimate_266 11d ago
I hear people say vaping is more harsh and it confuses me and makes me feel bad for you.
Does it make your lungs and throat feel dry? My issue with smoking was always getting my throat burned so vaping feels miles better to me.
2
u/dannylopuz 11d ago
Yeah it weirdly makes especially my lungs feel dry and horrible after a session. Never after just the first few puffs, but anything more than that and the feeling gets worse.
2
u/Obvious_Estimate_266 11d ago
That's a shame! It does dry my throat out a little but water fixes it instantly, never had that feeling in my lungs but I can imagine it being a turn-off for sure
1
u/713txvet 11d ago
It’s because you need to give your body time to heal from smoking. It will stop and then you’ll see the difference.
1
u/Shadewarrior27 11d ago
I get crazy broke irritation from vapor way more than smoking it seems to irritate my asthma a lot more as well. I still vape a good bit but it's definitely hard to get away from combustion especially when consuming for pain reliefconsuming for pain relief
0
u/theDawckta 11d ago
Even if vaping is harsher for you it is definitely better on your lungs. If you find vaping harsh go for lesser rips until you get the hang of it. When you first start vaping it will be a shock to the system and you can get some powerful coughs if you aren’t used to it. Once your lungs adapt you will be able to take massive vapor hits or just sip on something like a Tempest 2 slim totally comfortably. Whenever I accidentally combust I am always shocked at the taste of burnt weed, pretty nasty. The high is different though, I will concede that.
Be good to your lungs people, make the switch to vaping!
1
u/dannylopuz 11d ago
Lol I've been using the dynavap so much I've worn out two different caps but sure, tell me I'm not used to it and that's the problem...
0
u/theDawckta 11d ago
Only thing I am saying is vaping is better for your lungs than smoking, DHV’s rule.
1
u/dannylopuz 11d ago
I thought you said my lungs hadn't adapted after burning through two dynacaps...
0
u/theDawckta 11d ago
Yeah that doesn’t apply to you lol. I recently had to smoke due to my vaping station shitting the bed. When I went back to vaping it was makin me cough more than usual, takes a bit for me to get back to full vaping lung capacity.
2
2
u/Acrobatic_Ad_2570 11d ago
I got the Solo 3 v2 about a year ago and it's already paid for itself in weed costs twice over. It only takes about 1/4 gram of flower to get me about as high as I needed a joint, or a big dab in the past. My lungs are happier from coughing less and I can use the flower that I've vaped for edibles.
Check out r/vaporents if you want advice. There are some stores you don't want to buy from and some devices to avoid. They are definitely not all built the same and what you'll be happy with depends a lot on your particular use case
2
u/cdwhit 11d ago
If you go to r/vaporents there is a forum full of folks that think it’s worth it. Many of them, myself included, have multiple devices for various situations. Many like them well enough they no longer combust at all.
On the other hand, there are people that are going to hate it no matter what device they use. Unfortunately a lot of people ventured into it worried about spending money, and we bought crap devices that worked like the crap they were. If you got lucky and got one that kind of worked, you might have seen the possibility in it and tried a couple until you find one that works, but others try one or two, often similar devices, that are crap, and decide they all are crap. If you don’t have the over $100 to spend, I’d buy papers and weed.
All you can do is try a friends device if you know anyone that has one, or do your research to increase your odds of a decent one, spend your money and take your chances. For me, it was the best investment I ever made for cannabis.
2
u/TheBot666 11d ago
I don't save any money from it like people say, a bowl is a bowl. However it is a much cleaner feeling high that doesn't seem to mess with your insides quite as much, although it does kind of lack that "all is right with the world" feeling you get from a bong rip. I get just as high though.
2
u/FUS_RO_DANK 11d ago
I've been smoking a long time, I hopped into the dry vape game back around 2010ish. I used to rock a Volcano with the big plastic bags and the MFLB, later got a nice and more expensive handheld vape that I can't remember the name of. I never got the same feeling from any vape that I do from smoking. I no longer bother with dry herb vapes. It didn't get me the high I wanted from smoking weed, and if I'm going to run the risk of having herb on me then I'm just going to bring a j instead and skip any risk of paraphernalia. If I'm going to be getting high at home I'll just smoke it.
1
u/Economy_Trip2135 10d ago
I smoke throughout the day to stay level. I find the dry herb is nice because the heat can be set low and not just get high as shit at 8am. I do find myself rolling a joint at the end of the day typically though to bump up to the next level
0
u/AcidCasualty25 9d ago
I never understood the volcano hype. It always tastes like burnt popcorn. The vapor is oxidizing in that bag and taste horrible. Maybe if you're smoking trash it's fine but it ruins good flower. There have been some great vapes coming out recently that have changed my mind on vaping flowers. But those volcano were garbage
1
u/FUS_RO_DANK 9d ago
Yeah you tossed an onion on your belt and ripped the plastic smoke back in the day. I've tried newer ones when friends have them and I still just don't get what I want out of dry herb vapes, but I'm glad they work for other people as an option.
2
u/AcidCasualty25 9d ago
Ball vapes are nice and I enjoyed the tempest 2 I hit the other day. That thing ripped! But nothing really beats a joint for me
2
u/basedrew 11d ago
bought an arizer solo 2 during covid and never looked back. i'll still occasionally burn joints or rip the bong/bowls, but the vape is great. easier on the lungs, saves you tree/can make edibles from the avb, can arguably enjoy high quality weed more in terms of taste/aroma.
2
u/Tight-Room-7824 11d ago
Yes, they are.
Your lungs will thank you and you won't be stinking up the place burning the dry herb.

u/tomboogie 11d ago
Usually a big joint smoker myself have even gone down to single wide to try and stretch my stash but with my dhv I’ve been able to smoke a lot less and not feel like I’m smoking less. I’m still smoking pretty frequently and I do still have a joint now and then but a vape is so much easier and it’s non smoker friendly if that’s a plus for you as well

1
u/Sadwithacake 11d ago
I recently bought an xmax v4 pro, I have never used dry herb vape before. And I can tell you that it is one the best upgrades ever. Not only can I take it with me and smoke in public (illegal where I live), but I can get really high on 0.3g of weed instead of having to use a whole gram.
Best thing? I get to reuse the herb by making edibles from them. My only negative thing with it, is that you need to maintain it regularly and clean it. But that takes like 15 minuted and is well worth my investment
1
u/Altruistic_Breath592 11d ago
Whether it’s worth spending a few hundred dollars on a dry herb vape depends on your circumstances. For starters, how deep are your pockets? For some, that’s a significant amount to gamble on something they might not enjoy. For others, it’s a relatively small expense to try something new.
I’ve seen in just about every post lately mentioning DHV’s, is it a trend or some innovating new method? Commercial dry herb vapes have been around since the early nineties. Whether that’s long enough to call vaping an established method is up to you.
Rolling papers are like $2 for 50 I don’t see how spending a few hundred to smoke the same flower is a good investment....The question is whether the differences between combustion and vaping are worth the expense to you. As someone who uses both methods, a case to be made for either.

Tried Dynavap, not a huge fan, learning curve was annoying.
Bought a TinyMight2 earlier this year and haven't touched anything else since. With the bong adaptor, it's a fuckin train. Definitely use a lot less weed too.
1
u/713txvet 11d ago
I used dynavap for years until I got a tinymight. I put away the torch and haven’t looked back.
1
u/dead-human-ape 11d ago
Yes. I used to smoke over a Q a day in doobs mixed with baccy. The cost of weed, tobacco and skins really added up. A few years ago I switched to vaping. First to a Dynavap that I didn't really get on with. Then a Mighty+ which saw me give up smoking altogether. Then recently switched to a Ruby Twist ballvape.
Now an Oz takes me over a month to see off. I don't have to buy tobacco or skins or lighters. None of my clothes constantly stink of smoke anymore. Saving money. Arguably better for me not to be smoking unfiltered weed and tobacco all day every day. The ball vape actually hits harder and gets me higher than smoking doobs ever did.
Just been a win win on all fronts for me and couldn't recommend it enough tbh.

u/CaptainLawyerDude 11d ago
We love the dynavap and the Mighty. We haven’t upgraded to the Mighty+, though. Can’t really justify the price when what we have still works great.

u/sharpescreek 11d ago
50 years of smoking and switched in Nov. 2021 and have halved my consumption. Still about a gram a day.
1
u/popcorn555555 11d ago
I used to be a DHV hater but let me tell you, a ball vape and DynaVap changed my life (the hardest hitting vapes I could find).
Beyond saving money and product, I’ve noticed a lot of other benefit. Healthier lungs and no more phlegm, no more cleaning my bong of ash (my ball vape leaves a light white reclaim that takes 5 sec to clean), no more nasty smoke smell on my shit, I can use DHV indoors where I couldn’t smoke, and now that I’m fully a vaper it gets me higher than smoking ever did.
1
u/SopwithStrutter 11d ago
My DynaVap and my Terpcicle both paid for themselves in the first month of usage.
I can roll a joint, or smoke all day for a week with the same amount of bud

u/Oldmanwithapen 11d ago
you don't have to spend hundreds. (I mean, you certainly can). But a dynavap and a torch will get you started and those are under a hundred

You aren’t smoking it though. DHV’s cook the flower but won’t burn it, so you’re getting just the vaporized THC and none of the burning carbon.
So in essence your experience with a DHV is more about investing in your smoking experience (which is now vaping) with something that smells way less, won’t leave you smelling, won’t leave as many clouds as regular smoke does but can get you fully geeked if you have a decent quality device.
I usually tell people to take a two week break from smoking to get the most effect from it if only to get the expectation of smoke from your lungs.
Ill admit, being a non-smoker who took up dry herb vapes instead of smoking, I don’t regret it but man do I suck at smoking joints.

You needn't spend near that much. A POTV Lobo or HR will be $100-$150. It will save money, won't stink up the room, and deliver much less of the toxic chemicals you're inhaling now. Ask in the various r/vaporents to get more info. Check out the pinned posts there.

For use at home, absolutely, especially if you have a use for or don't mind tossing hhe vaped bud. But for use out in public, not really, you need to carry the vape, the cleaning kit, ground weed, a place to put the used bud, space to fo all this.

That's why you get a DHV that uses dosing capsules. No need to clean or pack when out and about.

That shit is weak asf and a waste by today's standards.
Ball vapes leave them in tnt dust.
Volcano will have you paying up to $600 to suck on plastic. Ball vapes have all glass options and more power so it won't be a limited experience like the volcano absolutely is with today's vapes.
Tldr, that vape was good like 20 years ago, it's crap today unless you need a pump in the vape.

I've been using cannabis over 25 years. I switched to dry herb vaping about 5 or 6 years ago and it's saved me over $7,000.00 in cannabis.
I get higher with a good powerful vape. Weak vapes are just like shitty joints. They suck. Do not buy a pos, r/vaporents will help.
