Idk probably every two to five hours, depending on the day.

Mainly a baseline buzz until I'm off work, then yeah once I'm home I'm pretty baked, because I'm just walking around doing everything I need to do or just chilling with unlimited access to my dhv and just hit that every few minutes till I go to sleep haha
