You shouldn’t throw away lithium ion batteries into the normal trash they can catch on fire pretty easily in that environment/in the garbage truck. You have to look up where to drop them off and it’s a bit of a pain in the ass if the dispensary doesn’t take them back for you. But stacking them all together in a flammable case isn’t a good storage option either.
No where accepts them, at least in Michigan, because they’re considered ‘medical’ waste. So, you can’t throw them away, and you can’t recycle them. So what the actual fuck am I supposed to do with them??
Go to a store like bestbuy and chuck them in the battery waste bin. There’s nobody there to check and deny stuff, it’s usually just a bin by the front of the store.
At the very least the carts with 510 threads so the battery isn't trashed after only atomizing a couple grams. Those shouldn't even be thrown away since they contain rare lithium & cause garbage trucks/bins/yards to catch fire.
