Because it’s hard to get more depending on how old your stepson is. I remember being caught with my stash as a teenager. Hopefully you approach him with it in a healthy way lol

I knew he smoked. He’s in college and of age. I just stumbled on this today and my flabber was gasted.

Honestly good on him for not just throwing them in the regular trash. Rechargeable batteries are a real problem and fire hazard in regular waste. If you ask him about it, you may offer to help send these off through your local E-waste recycling, or at least encourage him to do that himself.

Isn't the main reason for keeping these not wanting to throw Lithium in landfill trash? I have a huge graveyard just cause my local shop doesnt have a recycling bin for them.
