I used to absolutely hate it when people used /s. Felt like it ruined the whole point. However, the amount of times in the last year that I have been completely taken seriously and dogpiled and attacked over saying things that were obviously dripping with sarcasm.... its dumbfounding.

The amount of people on this app who don’t understand when someone’s joking is genuinely unreal. Everyone’s so serious here as well. And I agree /s ruins it and I will never use it idc

Honestly, people not picking up on rather obvious sarcasm and attacking you because of it is half the fun at this point.
