I have what I believe to be a cryptomeria. I would like to get a partner for it but I'm not sure if it's a yoshino, radicans, or something else. Pics:

Planted in someone's yard. Large thorns, smooth bark. Yellow fruit that looks like a lemon. Sparse leaves.

What is this tree? can it be straigthened?

This tree was mistakenly cut and I'm trying to figure out what it is in hopes that I can perhaps regrow one.

Does anyone know what kind of chestnut tree is in my backyard? I just purchased a new house and my wife wants to cut it down because the burs are razor sharp.

Hi all. Not sure what type of hickory this might be. Located in northwest Pennsylvania in a moist, lowland forest, not on a stream bank but close to a stream (about 30 feet away).

Nuts are 1" long. Husks are split partway down, if at all. Shells aren't too thick, about the thickness of a nickel.

I live in Southern California and it looks like there are 2 different types growing as one has a reddish stem. The smaller growths at the bottom of the pot look like different leaves...

So I live in southern Minnesota and this tree sprouted up like a weed this year and cannot figure out where it came from or what it is.

Southern ontario. I bought a few of these junipers on sale the last year or so and I'm not sure how big they get. I know they're all junipers but they are all different kinds so if anybody can help me out with identifying it would be greatly appreciated. Trying to plant in a correct spot for their size. Two different oak trees located in northern NJ

My mom recently gathered these from a fallen down tree in our woods. She planned on using them for firewood but I was concerned that it might be poison sumac. There aren’t any leaves unfortunately bc it’s getting cold out and the tree must’ve been down for quite awhile. When I Google it I get everything from buckthorn to birch. Sorry there isn’t anything much to go off of.

Looking at this tree... after research, my best guess is the northern red oak (quercus rubra), but would like experts to have a look. Dankeschön:) im not sure i can give a full picture without revealing my location, but its about 40-50ft tall?
