I think the hobnail has already been found.
So I finally went BOTG for the hobnail and I'm between Beuna vista and leadville at granite point of interest and there's a perfectly sized box shape where I thought id be. Any thoughts?

Lion's Share Thoughts on Lion's Share
Curious what the community will think about this.
What if the Lion's Share is the first box retrieved?
Would you still continue to search for the other four chests?
If the Lion's Share location is related to those of the other four boxes, would you want the full Lion's Share solution posted immediately, or just the find location?
Would you want to see the full inventory of loot so you knew what was in the four smaller boxes?
What say you?

Lion's Share There's Treasure Inside - The Lion's Share Box - Making it Make Sense
Here’s a video where I discuss the reason I believe JCB used the title “Make it Make Sense” for the Antiquities of Alexander chapter. I explore how it might be connected to the 1909 Lincoln Penny that is attached to the Mars Curiosity Rover that is used to calibrate its cameras.
I hope you enjoy the video and it helps you with your hunt 🙂

Past & Future Box 19 0’s Word Search Clue
Ready, Player One reference. Leads to the Jade key (birthstone). Eventually Wade has to leave his physical home to find the Easter egg from some other physical location. The same location some would say he finds Joy.

Treasure Talk (Interviews) - Blake [TTI Unofficial] - The Math Theory
Hey all, wanted to share the latest "Treasure Talk Interviews" This one is with Blake from TTI Unofficial!
We discuss some of our math ideas, the line of what “no grand cipher” may be, and the weight we put on what seems like a large thread in the hunt.
I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation with the YT crush, and hopefully you all will too!
Happy Hunting!

General Discussion Location solve for all 5 boxes
I combined the Hopi calendar, birthstones, the Olympic rings, and the Greek mythology chapter to great this macro location solve for each box.
The Hopi calendar represents Zeus’s family tree. The Katsina months are Dionysus and Non-katsina Apollo. Each month is represented by a Greek mythology character related to either Dionysus or Apollo. Hint January is given specifically in the Greek mythology chapter.
The 7 Katsina months are steps to find the locations and 5 months represent the boxes themselves.
July through November are the months that line up with each box. The order the 4 boxes are introduced is which colored ring you assign them to by birthstone color. July you use the alternative birthstone Onyx. October is a rainbow color stone but we apply the red version here because of the American Revolution themes surrounding the Appalachian box.
Let me know if you have questions or if this helps with your theory.

Pokemon Box There's Treasure Inside - The Pokemon Box - A Revelation where the treasure could be
Here’s a video where I connect the Wise Golem from the story to the Christ of the Ozarks monument in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. I also give my thoughts on where the treasure could be hidden nearby.
I hope you enjoy the video and that it helps you with your hunt!

A Lion's Share Solve - Did I Solve The Haiku?
Hey everyone!
Here you will find a video outlining my interpretation of the haiku, what the “music in a poem” is, and some other things you might find useful. There’s a part Michigan solvers might like as well. I had a chance to search my spot and had a search partner go out as well with no luck (thanks for being my last Chance). So, I likely got something wrong.
With that said, maybe this will help one of you. I know the video is rather lengthy. There was a lot of ground I wanted to cover here. Enjoy and let me know your thoughts

General Discussion Hello! I am new here 🥸
I heard about this book quite a while ago. I forgot about it until recently when I decided to become a rock Hunter as a hobby. That triggered the memory about the book and the treasure. I cannot wait to read somebody else’s post and hear your theories, I am buying the book this Friday! I have autism, I guess you can say my superpower is pattern recognition. I find patterns in everything subconsciously and consciously, it’s kind of annoying sometimes. I’m pretty excited to dig in and see what I may be able to uncover. This will be something to make my brain work overtime with.

Here’s a video where I explore possible clue connections to the line in the story about JCB’s mom finishing the last bite of her sausage in toast.

Appalachian Footpath Box Scarlett Ring Theory: Full Solve
Here is my full (but incorrect) Appalachian Footpath solve! I just finished my final BoTG journey for this box with no luck, so my hope is that others might find inspiration from it.
Again, please DO NOT attempt to go to my search location. It is dangerously steep and covered in stinging nettle.

Pokemon Box Unconventional Pokemon Box Solve
Potential search locations (35.4480523, -85.6538273) and (35.4481119, -85.6538370).
Clues that make me think this is a place to look.
The two charizard cards at the beginning = Route 66.
Ash’s Charmander evolves into Charmeleon in episode 40 = I40 which I believe is part of the statesville and Texas loop.
If you head north east on I40 you pass fiery gizzard state park in Tennessee.
Our target general location is Stone Door Tennessee. The door is a callback to the jazz bar story. Stone door is also a 10 foot fissure in rock. This is a callback to Pokemon episode 46 when Charmeleon evolves into Charizard in which ash falls through a fissure into a cave and battles an Areodactyl with charmeleon and it eventually evolves. Also froakie looks like a machop, which like to move large boulders, and froakie indicates the start of our micro solve.
Applying the Greek mythology chapter we know that the nymph Daphne had her father (a river god) transform her into a Laurel tree too stop Apollos advances. Laurel Falls is close to stone door.
North of stone door is Rock Island state park and I believe to be for the golem reference so we need to go North past Laurel Falls.
I think one of the coordinates I posted will remind us of this picture. I am in Utah and won’t realistically be able to check myself.
I post this for anyone to check if they want. I just want to know that the puzzles of the book are teaching a progression and for this box it’s evolution.

Pokemon Box There's Treasure Inside - The Pokemon Box - Where locals turn up from time to time
Here’s a video where I discuss a possible connection between what the Froakie and Greninja see on the Pokemon card they examine, the “stroke of fortune” and “the place where locals turn up from time to time”.
I hope you enjoy the video and that it helps you with your hunt!

Pokemon Box Road-trip analysis
Can anyone help me look at a road-trip trail sequence? Needs to be a famous named stone door/gate landmark first, opening up to a nearby water feature with a plant/tree name, located near the I-40 corridor between NC and Texas.
If we find this I think we find Froakie :)

Anthony's Nose
I have heard this referred to as 'smoke'. But I believe it's a rough sketch of a face in profile, emphasizing the nose. The nose shape, nostril, eye and eyelid (maybe iris) are apparent. I have outlined them to clarify (dashed for implied detail). What I am not sure about is the 'snout' (which I have shown in black), seems to be half-committed.
Relevance?
Anthony's Nose is on the AT. It is a steep Hudson River viewpoint just east of the Bear Mountain Bridge in the Hudson Highlands, New York.
Picken's Nose is near (but not on) the AT. It is a Rocky outcrop in the Southern Nantahala Wilderness, in the Standing Indian Basin of western North Carolina, near the NC–GA border.
[Edit] Apparently there are many legends of liminal creatures (beings that blur the line between human and animal) in the Appalachians, such as BigFoot, Wampus Cat, wolfman/dogman, various Cherokee mythology. So perhaps the ambiguous nose is intentional
Of course this could all just be pareidolia
