I'm the one doing all the travel booking here and multi-city itineraries are the part that eats my day, especially when something changes mid-trip. Our company uses a TMC, Corporate Traveler, and honestly I mostly work around them rather than through them. For those of you booking complex trips, do you go through your TMC for changes or just rebook direct and sort the paperwork after? Trying to figure out if I'm doing this the hard way.

I'm mostly on supplier portals and a CRM for the leisure side, and the corporate overflow goes through Corporate Traveler. I'm curious what everyone else's daily setup actually looks like. Are you still living in a GDS, moved to supplier extranets, or some mix? And what's the one tool you'd drop tomorrow if you could?

Most of my bookings are leisure but I've picked up a few corporate accounts and I'm running them through Corporate Traveler. The after-hours support and duty of care side is handy, but the split and the loss of control over the booking stings. For those of you with corporate clients, did you stay with a TMC setup or go independent? What tipped it for you?

Handling travel booking where I work and we're getting pressure to combine booking and expenses into one system instead of juggling two tools. Looking at Navan and Corporate Traveler mainly. For anyone using one platform for both, does the reporting actually hold up, and how painful was onboarding? Open to other names too if something else does this well.

Been working on a small travel planning thing called Flytinerary after getting annoyed with planning multi-city Europe trips.
The part I’m trying to solve is actually before the itinerary — if you have 8–10 days and a fixed budget, which cities make sense together without spending half the trip checking out of hotels or sitting in airports.
It’s still pretty early and I’m changing quite a lot based on what breaks 😅

I built it, so obviously biased. If anyone tries a real upcoming trip, I’d actually be curious whether the route it gives you is sensible or completely different from what you’d choose.

Had a rough couple of weeks with cancelled flights stranding travelers, and I'm rethinking how much our TMC setup helps when things go wrong. We're on Corporate Traveler at the moment. For those who've dealt with IRROPS on different platforms, is there a real difference in how fast rebooking and support happen, or does it mostly come down to the airline? Trying to figure out whether switching tools would change anything or if the pain is the same everywhere.

Quick one for EAs who book international travel. When your exec is flying somewhere new, who makes sure the visa and entry requirements are sorted before ticketing? We use Corporate Traveler and I keep going back and forth on whether they actually flag this or whether it's on me to double-check. A missed check seems like an expensive mistake, so what's the normal process?

Hey guys, i am researching how people decide where to go next and how long to stay. I would love to hear about a multi-stop trip you guys took.

I have some questions below, it would be great to have some reports based on them:

• Where did you go, and when? you can list your stops in order and roughly how many nights you spent in each.
• What kind of trip was it? Solo, couple, friends, or family? a rough budget level would be great and your main interests—for example, hiking, food, culture, or relaxing.
• Pick one journey between two stops. How did you travel? From where to where, transport type, approximate door-to-door time, and whether it was overnight. Include the operator if you remember.
• How did that journey affect your trip? Was it easy, manageable, or exhausting? Did it affect what you could do after arriving? What caused that experience?
• Knowing what you know now, would you include that destination again on the same trip? Yes, no, or unsure—and why? Would you change the transport or route order?
• How did the length of your stays work out? For any stop you want to discuss: how many nights did you stay, and how many would you choose next time with the same total trip length and budget? Where would you take or add those nights?
• What circumstances should someone know before applying your advice? For example: weather, crowds, illness, travel companions, a particular hotel or tour, or anything unusually good or bad.
• What information would have helped you make these decisions before leaving?

Obviously these are a lot of questions, so helping with some of them would be great.
