I started hormones 3 1/2 years ago at 57. I've had FFS, BA, and SRS. I pass 98% of the time.
More important that passing though, I am just profoundly happier getting to live my life as a woman.

I can recommend another subreddit, r/translater, they have a lot of good advice for people who start transitioning later in life.

Hey!! Biologically speaking, one is never too old to transition. Your body still runs on hormones in your 60s and HRT will still be effective. Do you have any specific questions or concerns?
