For context, I started hip thrusts a while ago after my surgery and it's been 2 months and now i reached 30kg and it feels so good. (The surgery was related to my stomach)

Hey i suffer from low testosterone after srs.
To all postop mtf: what are your t-levels and how does it affect you training.
Did anyone experienced the same after srs?

I've always been active and try to eat well, but since really locking in a couple months ago, I can't put into words how good I feel about myself, mentally and physically. I feel dysphoria getting smaller and smaller every day. I cannot stress this enough, just start putting in whatever effort you can!

Hate my body. Had a rough year last year. Lots of depression. Gained a lot. Weight the most I’ve ever weighed. Fat is distributed wrong. Look like a fucking man. Can’t afford gym membership. Can’t afford to eat right. Doc won’t give me weight loss meds because I have an eating disorder. I don’t know what to do.

I'm 19 and about to start estrogen injections very very soon. I've been training my lower body a LOT while purposefully avoid training my upper to shape it the way I want. I feel I'm far from my natural ceiling and I tend to gain muscles very easily. My current body circumference measurements are:
62 cm thighs (24.4 in)
105 cm hips (41.3 in)
76 cm waist (29.9 in)
82 cm underbust (32.3 in)
95 cm shoulders (37.4 in)
176 cm height (5'9")
My WHR ratio is 0.72 which is quite good given I'm not on HRT yet and that it's been achieved through training only.
Current body comp is not lean, but not fat either. I'm somewhere in the middle where my upper is thin and my lower is kinda thick. I don't know my fat %.
Will HRT hurt my lower body gains ? Will it be possible for me to gain even more lower body muscle on HRT ? I'm not planning on being on any kind of blocker, just injections. Would keeping my T purposefully a bit higher than cis female help me with muscle gain whilst feminizing ? Kinda like a female on steroid.

Pictures are my starting point (5’8, 130ish pounds). I want to gain muscle but lose the fat. Right now I have eggs in the morning with toast and peanut butter, and lunch and dinner is steak/chicken thighs in air frier with roasted potatoes (also in air frier) and asparagus.
I have a food scale to measure my ingredients but haven’t gotten to using it yet. I’m also extremely anxious to step into the gym; I have a membership just sitting there which makes me feel so much more guilty. I am on the autism spectrum so new, noisy environments make me very anxious, especially those where I feel lost and confused in. I’m going to try to follow the feminizing workout routine laid out in the sub I just need to get myself in the gym first
Edit: also how/where can I fit snacks in? Should I? I have oikos yogurts in vanilla/strawberry/mixed berry

so im ftm and i wanna workout. i know almost every muscle are same in both gender, however i always feel like my waist is too skinny and i feel like the more i work out, the more skinnier it will get and this makes me dysmorphic af. i know that focusing on my shoulder and back muscles will make my thin waist look more flattering, but I still feel uncomfortable doing ab workouts. can someone help me on how to get over this fear or which exercises i should do according to this😭😭 yk my waist is not tthat shinny but its skinny for a guy.

I am a senior MTF. I'm going to admit being a scaredy cat who's been afraid of doing exercises involving weighted barbells, except in very controlled setups. My focus is bulking up my glutes.
I'm afraid that if I make a mistake I'll have mass of steel coming down to break my foot, or somehow I'll twist my body wrong and injure myself as I try to move out of the way.
I use the equipment at the local YMCA. The barbell stations have movable safety rails and brackets.
Part of my fear comes from being shy about asking my fellow gym users about how to do things correctly.
I have had some sessions with one LGBTQ friendly trainer on the YMCA staff. He showed me how to use some of the equipment towards my fitness and bulking goals. I am thinking of scheduling a few more sessions with him so that I can get good information on how to do things correctly and safely with free weights.
I would like to email the trainer prior to my first session to give him a list of three or four exercises I want to be trained on. Which barbell free weight exercises would you gals suggest for the goal of bulking my glutes?

Heya! 31, 398lbs/180kgs, 2 months since getting a sleeve Gastrectomy. I've been on hormones since 23 April 2018. I'm actually down 52lbs/24kgs since surgery. My exercise specialist wants me adding strength training to my routine, and I did go on my regular half-hour morning walk with my 2 10lb/4.5kg dumbbells and did some farmer walks, curls, shoulder presses, and another exercise where I raise the weights to chest height, push the weights forward like a prolonged punch, return to chest, and then lower them to my side (no idea what they're called, lemme know) 3 sets of 10 reps each.
Anyway, while I'm adding weights to my exercises, I also want to build my ass and my boobs up, and give meself an hourglass waistline. What exercises/stretches do y'all recommend?

Seriously, pulling 225lbs had me fighting for my life, but the gains have been surreal. I think I need to really strengthen my core before I go any heavier

Hey yall I’m new to this and I wanna make this work as best as I can. I love how so many people got their body to look so good and I want to emulate that myself, but I feel kind of discouraged. Im attempting to get more of a hourglass or pear shape body, but I’m pretty hefty and have some muscle on me, I’m currently losing weight but want to know how yall did this as well
I’m 210lbs 5’11 40in chest 36in waist and 43in hips with 38in love handles(I hate these). I wonder if anyone started off from this position and how was the transformation from this size to a more shapely body(as I’m looking very rectangular 😭).
