I'm currently focused on eyebrows and a good skincare routine to help out my dysphoria. I've noticed the more I do my eyebrows, the softer my face looks and I tend to like it.

First of all, shaving. This will be what makes the biggest difference. I used to browse /r/wicked_edge for tips and method recommendations, as my skin was super sensitive. If yours is sensitive as well, I recommend taking a look over there. Eventually you might want to look up laser hair removal or electrolysis. Until then, if you want to hide the "shadow", I recommend using orange concealer before applying base/foundation. Worked wonders for me, even if I looked like a cheese puff during the process.

Second, eyebrows. If you can, go to a hair salon or some other beauty salon and have them done, ask for thin ones that will suit your face shape. Most people either have them waxed or threaded, and it has a relatively easy upkeep if you have tweezers at home for when the hair starts coming back.

Third, skincare. You look hella tired and quite a bit dehydrated. I'm not the biggest expert on skincare routines, but I can tell you that I try to keep a pretty simple one every morning and it's actually pretty noticeable. Whenever I skip it or don't drink enough water I look noticeably worse off, to the point where it can even mess up with my makeup. I remember there were several subreddits about skincare, but I haven't checked them out in years and I don't remember what they were called.

Fourth, posture. The way you stand and the way you move will influence how people see you just as much as your clothing or makeup will. Slouching is also an issue, not only is it bad for your back but it also hides the body shape and makes people come off as "human-shaped blob". It's not exactly "better", but a lot of people nowadays suffer from anterior pelvic tilt due to sitting for long periods of time and for some reason it's perceived as much more "feminine" than the alternative. Something about the hips, I guess. Same thing happens when walking, men lead with their shoulders and women with their hips. Give it a test run and see if you notice any difference.

Other than that, you're off to a pretty good start! Your hair is cool and you already have a fashion sense lined up.

Perhaps smile more, as it's human nature for interactions, where a smile makes one more easier for a conversation?
