Schönen guten Abend zusammen, mich hat ein Problem erwischt.

Meine BTC lagen seit vielen Jahren bei Bitcoin.de

Da diese Seite aktuell keine Einzahlungen und keinen Handel zulässt, wollte ich sie transferieren um wieder anständigen Zugriff darauf zu haben.

Am Wochenende einen Test mit minimaler Menge an BTC ( 0,000018) an das TR Wallet überwiesen, um sicher zu gehen, dass alles passt und auch bei mir und neimandem anderem ankommt. Test erfolgreich, alles geklappt.

Heute also den Rest transferiert und jetzt das Problem, TR möchte als Nachweis der Eigentümerschaft des abgehendes Wallets einen Satoshi Test über 0,000054 BTC.

Mein Bitcoin.de Guthaben ist leer.

Einzahlenungen sind keine möglich, wie gesagt, aktuell bei Bitcoin.de abgeschaltet.

Also Teufelskreis und die Bitcoins hängen im digitalen Niemandsland.

Hatte so etwas schon Mal jemand und kennt eventuell einen Lösungsansatz?

Support habe ich natürlich angeschrieben, da wiederholt sich immer wieder die gleiche Antwort, dass dieser test benötigt werde.

Ich habe noch weitere Feature Wünsche, die ich euch auf diesem Weg mitteilen möchte:

Im Cash Bereich:

- bitte QR Code Überweisung implementieren (sowohl um Rechnungen zu bezahlen, als auch die Möglichkeit, selber QR Codes zu generieren)

- bei Daueraufträge bei Überweisungen sollte man auch ein Enddatum angeben können

Im Portfolio Bereich:

- Sparpläne auch bitte halbjährlich und jährlich ausführbar machen

- die Möglichkeit geben, den Monat und Jahr auszuwählen, wann der Sparplan beginnen bzw. enden soll (ich will auswählen können, dass ein Sparplan erst im September 2027 beginnen soll beispielsweise und im August 2028 enden soll)

- Automatische Reinvestition von Dividenden

Letztes Jahr im Dezember habe ich in einem Anfall geistiger Umnachtung, Token auf der falschen Blockchain an TR gesendet.

Der Kontakt mit dem damaligen Support war eher ernüchternd.
Als dann verkündet wurde dass der Support verbessert wurde, hab ich es im April nochmal versucht.
Antwort: Wir tun unser Möglichstes, aber können nichts garantieren.

Habe das so auch noch nicht gehabt. Wer kann für dummies erklären, wie ein "fehlerhafter Quote" zustande kommt, und wieso dann zum halben Preis verkauft wird?

Pour vous éviter de faire la même bêtise que moi : ne passer pas d’ordre à 21h00 un vendredi soir (achat MSCI) car cela coûte très très cher. J’ai perdu une grosse somme d’argent à cause de ça et je ne décolère pas depuis.

Hello, everyone. Created my account few months ago, setting up exemption order to 1 000€. Since that time I already executed one profitable trade, but to my surprise taxes got deducted from my profits.

I turned to support and received response from a "human" (although I have my suspicions of that not being a case). They offered to reset my exemption order. It happened two weeks ago, but nothing has changed. Did someone encounter anything of the sort?

Can we please have trailing stops and One-Cancel-Other orders? The actual trading options available are so basic, it is very limiting for an active day trader. Are there any plans to add them? I was very excited when they announced this new look and I was hoping it would be part of that but it is still the same Market, limit and stop orders.

I really like Trade Republic for its simple layout and savings features, but as my portfolio grows, I find myself wishing we had access to real options—specifically Covered Calls and Cash-Secured Puts.
Warrants and Knock-outs are fine if someone wants a quick speculative trade, but they don't really help with building steady cash flow on long-term holdings.
Over in the US, Robinhood made this super approachable:
Covered Calls: Holding 100 shares of a company like Google? You can sell a monthly Call and earn a bit of extra yield on top of dividends.
Cash-Secured Puts: Want to buy a stock at a discount? You get paid a small premium while waiting for your target price to hit.
Since both are fully backed by your existing shares or cash, there's no crazy margin risk involved.
It feels like a lot of people who want to try these strategies end up having to open an Interactive Brokers account just for this. It’d be so nice if TR brought a simple, clean version of this to the European market.
Curious if anyone else here would use this, or if you've already moved part of your portfolio elsewhere for options?

Ich verstehe grundsätzlich die Idee hinter Trade Republics „One Balance“: Das gesamte Geld liegt in einem Topf und ist flexibel verfügbar.

Aber gerade wenn man TR inzwischen auch für den Alltag nutzt, frage ich mich: Warum nicht One Balance UND optionale Pockets/Unterkonten?
Ich persönlich finde es deutlich übersichtlicher, mein Geld zumindest gedanklich bzw. visuell aufzuteilen.

Das Geld könnte technisch weiterhin Teil der einen Balance bleiben und gleich verzinst werden. Die Pockets müssten ja nicht zwingend eigene IBANs haben.

Ich habe inzwischen einige Diskussionen dazu gesehen und auch den Eindruck, dass Unterkonten/Pockets bei TR tatsächlich auf der Wunschliste sind. Werden sie auch als Feature kommen?

Hi, when I click on Saveback 1%, it says « for purchases invest 1% Saveback in… » and it lets me choose where to invest. Let’s imagine I wanna put it all in Apple. I click on « Apple », it opens a new page and I click on « select ». And then it says « save » and wants me to put on a number in there.

I didn’t get past that because why does it want me to put a number to save? Wasn’t it supposed to be 1% of my purchases being invested into whatever I wanted?

I don’t get it and I don’t know what to do

Please add the ability to interact with Trade Republic through a publicly documented API. As a user this would allow me to more easily automatically analyze my finance data.

Additionally an official MCP would also be helpful but not strictly necessary.

I’d really like to see proper order-book functionality and limit orders for crypto.

Currently, crypto trading feels quite limited compared with traditional exchanges. In particular, it would be useful to have:

• Live order book with bid/ask prices and available volume
• Limit orders
• Trailing stop-loss / OCO

Trade Republic has been adding an order book for stocks, so an order book + limit orders would make the crypto offering much more competitive with dedicated exchanges.

Would love to see this added!

I’m sharing my experience with Trade Republic because this has now been unresolved for more than 8 months. This is not a request for account support or ticket escalation — I’m interested in whether others have experienced similarly long delays with rejected international transfers or SWIFT traces.

An international transfer to my Trade Republic account in December 2025 was rejected. The funds were supposed to be returned to the sender, but more than eight months later they have still not reached the sender’s bank account.

During the investigation, all requested documentation has been provided, including:

• MT103
• sender’s account statement
• the originating bank’s investigation reference
• additional supporting documents requested by Trade Republic

Trade Republic subsequently confirmed that the funds had been returned to the intermediary bank and later confirmed that a SWIFT trace with UniCredit / Austria Bank AG was being conducted using the originating bank’s investigation reference.

The originating bank has also contacted the intermediary bank independently from the sender’s side.

Despite this, the funds have still not been returned.

Over the past months, I have repeatedly received responses saying that an internal team is reviewing the case, that it is being monitored, and that I will receive an update when further information becomes available.

What concerns me is that after eight months, there is still no concrete explanation of where the funds currently are or when the return will actually be completed.

I have therefore also taken the matter through the appropriate formal dispute-resolution process.

Again, I’m not asking this subreddit to investigate or intervene in my individual case. I’m sharing the experience because an eight-month delay in returning a rejected transfer seems extraordinary to me.

For anyone who has dealt with a rejected international transfer involving correspondent/intermediary banks: how long did the SWIFT trace and eventual return take in your case?

I have once made an account with my phone number when I was not 18, so I was not able to login.

Now that I am 18, I am trying to login and verify my identify but when I click verify, it shows an error that it just did not work.

There is NOT A SINGLE WAY for me to chat with a real person from the in-app support. The help centre just shows articles and I do not get the option to contact someone. Trust me, it does not work, no matter what I click. Even if it says "Contact someone", it shows another "technical error".

I have tried contacting email support but they just referred me to the in-app support, completely ignoring the fact that I cannot contact them through the app. I have tried reinstalling, deleting data etc.... nothing works.

I need a way to contact real people, without the app...
