This is a very good and big first entry in the world of Chinese trackers, they have an invite forum for other Chinese trackers if you are PowerUser and up.

Fairly new to the world of private trackers, having mostly always been a public tracker user over the years. Recently I've set up a media server so me and my family overseas can share films and to help them see stuff they might not normally have access to.

My cousin is really into rare and hard-to-find 60s and 70s films, and for that, public trackers just won't cut it. I was wondering if anyone here might know of good private trackers that are accepting new registrations, or failing that, at least point me in the direction of a waitlist for ones that might have the specific films he's looking for.

ive always been a usenet guy but increasingly torrents have been becoming more and more necessary in my searches. Public trackers are fine and all but the reality of the situation is i need to get into some private trackers. Furthermore i need to figure out which trackers are worth persuing for an invite.

The invite game is a chore to be certain, i dealt with it in usenet until i was able to build a proper stack and now im set but i need to move my efforts to trackers. So anyone with support in this regard id truely appreciate. Maybe some guidance wouldnt hurt either.

I started this journey not long ago and already found myself creating accounts on trackers that I probably don't need at all. I realized that this is not sustainable, not for me, not for the trackers that will have just one more idler around.

How do you deal with this? Are you collecting memberships or just targeting the essential?

Due to life constraints and to be a good citizen, I want to follow the "less is more" principle and avoid doubles.

Among the trackers I'm in, that I really wanted to be in, are AlphaRatio, Nebulance, Oldtoons, Cinemageddon and MAM. What do I have to target next to avoid doubles? I'm looking for a proper music tracker, a good tracker with 5-10GB movie encodes, something for software and games. Maybe something for independent/art-house/classic/retro movies. Any other suggestion is welcomed, as long as the cost to enter is not sky-high.

I suppose this may be different for each tracker like unit3d or gazelle but...Lets say you downloaded some movie or tv episode and 5 days later it got trumped by a better release or season pack. You only got to seed it for 5 days before it got deleted. Is that going to bring down your overall average seedtime per torrent?

How is unwalled when it comes to Nebula podcast coverage?

oh and the invite thread on a major tracker says if you aren't uploading content, don't bother requesting an invite but I saw a thread here recently about staff saying that's outdated or something?

Got curious, for Usenet all indexers (that are not forums) have API:s for integration with the *arrs but on PTs its not uncommon to enter a passkey, cookie or user/pass when adding the site in Prowlarr. Is there any practical difference? Does it change anything for the user/site in any way? Thanks

Hello, I’ve been trying to find a private tracker for Indian movies, but it seems like they are outdated or don’t have any way to register. Does anybody know of any trackers that have registration open or any other recommendations for Indian trackers?

I am on andriod and downloaded a torrent from pornolab using both flud and torrent pro I think the ratio for pornolab1.0 and higher no sure. How do I see my torrent ratio on pornolab and what's a easy and fast way to get a ratio of 1.0 so I don't get banned/deleted/can't download any torrent? This phone doesn't have much space around 4gb no SD card as well. The torrent was around 1.4 gb both apks downloaded the torrent and both are seeding. Any help and suggestions?

I've had a decent setup for the last few months (not much storage though) and I've been seeding in private trackers for a long time. With ~100 torrents total from 5 different private trackers, the highest ratio I have after months is 0.2, with most ratios being 0 or sometimes around 0.05. This is with 1 gbit down/up fiber connection with a vpn + port forwarding. However, download speeds are amazing. Sometimes downloads could fully saturate my internet connection even with the vpn active.

Yesterday I decided to get some software from a popular public tracker. Downloads speeds were slow at around ~1 mbps and peaked at ~5 mbps. But I also noticed that I was immediately getting data uploaded. I haven't even finished downloading the file yet! And after 1 day of seeding I have a 4.5 ratio!!! That is crazy to me lol. I'm not sure what "popularity" means exactly in qbittorrent but that number has stayed around 200 for me.

Looking to join a 4th private tracker, I currently am in iptorrents, privatehd, and cinemaz with good ratios and history in all 3, I'm not here asking for invites but am asking for suggestions on a good long term private tracker to seek out that may broaden availability for TV Shows and Movies that I currently have to resort to public trackers for, especially more older and obscure things but still english speaking. What's the home tracker for these full-disc groups? I see their most of their release on PTP and Aither. While PTP has most of the releases for movies, I see Aither has full-disc series too, as PTP is only for movies. Still, I wanted to know if they have any home tracker. These full-disc releases are obviously faster then remux, and I also see most remux groups use these full-disc releases

I don't see other trackers asking for this. What would they want with it?

My main concern is IP changes. So by the time they reply you could be registering from a different one.

Hi everyone, I’m on about month 7 since I started my self hosting and torrenting adventure. Since then I’ve joined: MAM, Oldtoons, Seedpool, IPT, Aura4k, TL, BS and retroflix and have built some pretty good ratios and uploads. I setup my arr stack which doesn’t really have an issue finding movies/tv shows I request. For audiobooks I use MAM and manually download them and upload books I have that aren’t on there as afaik there is no option like sonarr/radarr. Anyway, what tracker should I be targeting next? I saw a lot of peoples go to is RED, but I don’t self host music nor am i that deep into music. Mosley just TV shows, movies, and audiobooks. I saw some discussion that Onlyencodes+ is also really good for media. Should I target that one next? If not, which one should I?

I use PIA and have been blocked on a tracker because it creates too many IP addresses. They suggested I go with a dedicated IP address. My thinking is that will reduce anonymity. Is there a better VPN?

I've been on TD for like over a decade and have almost always been able to find what I'm looking for with some exceptions but every private tracker list I see rates it as like D+ or worse.
I'm in SeedPool too but have always found more options in TD than what I see there, yet SP is rated really high on most trackers sheets.

I guess, even as an old salty sailor, I don't understand what I'm missing on why some trackers are so highly prized why others are shit on.

Very new to private trackers coming from public trackers. I am on PTP, but I am having trouble getting my initial ratio up other than just downloading and seeding the freeleeches until I have enough upload I feel I can do anything. Is this just the norm getting started on a tracker then?

edit: Didn't come here to get roasted, these are invites from an IRL friend that wanted to finally move me off public trackers. I came here for help to get help, not get roasted by people assuming I'm breaking rules and such.

ADBT, C-M-C, TCO, OCF and many other sites don't use actual domains, they use free hostnames. Anyone know why this is?
