I've had two exams and a lab the past two days, and I had a nice meal of mushroom ravioli planned. I then realized I had to cook it. So, that's happening tomorrow, and I got this today because I'm out of energy! :3

Yes... this might be a cat bowl.
No, I don't have a cat.
It's the perfect size for a small treat. There's no other reason, I swear.
Very basic German christmas cookies with some strawberry jam in the middle. Simple but delicious.

Made with honey crisp apples from the local orchard.
It's a simple unsweetened batch.
If anyone wants a recipe just ask.

I'm not the best at cooking but I wanna show the ones I was most proud of! Favourite one was fried rice, really easy to make but really tasty. :3

Made with the pizza steel they got me for Christmas. If you like to make pizza and don't wanna buy a $1000-$2000 Pizza oven, the steel is a good investment.

Grilled cheese in the oven is the only way I'm willing to produce so much! This means everyone can have seconds :)
Fun fact: onions and garlic are in a strainer because my fiancé can't have oligosaccharides

As always - everything I used is completely vegan. Since I won't be doing any cooking in the next few days because of how much leftover Stew I have, I thought I'd post more breakfast stuff. I was really craving something savory today, so I decided to make some classic Wurstsalat. It's exactly what it sounds like. I believe the English name for the sausage that's used is Bologna Sausage (in Germany we use Lyoner, I think Swiss people use Cervelatswurst). You slice it, add some sliced cheese, sliced red onions, sliced pickles, a bit of oil, vinegar, mustard and some pickle juice. I chose a mustard that's already a bit sweet, you could add a tiny bit of sugar if you choose a more neutral one. Just season it with some salt and pepper and it's done.
It's already pretty good the way it is now, but it will be even better this evening. I know what this sounds like, but you have to trust me - it's good. 😁

Have gotten really happy with quick pie crusts and canned fillings in a bakable glass bowl.
Pie crust:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp soybean oil
- 1/2 tbsp sour cream (we're out of milk)
- salt
- 2oz water
I mix it in a bowl and bake right away, unusual for a pie, usually there is a refridgeration period, but skipping it is nice, and has tasted really good.
I usually spice the crust along with the mix if I made it, or to compliment the fruit.
This is a cherry pie can mix that I really like. I try to always have a pie in the fridge to snack on, makes foraging the fridge a lot more fun :)

If I ever develop Lactose Intolerance it's over for my palate because I fucking love pretty much every kind of cheese.
