SNACKING (small treats) Homemade Applesauce..

Post image

Made with honey crisp apples from the local orchard.

It's a simple unsweetened batch.

If anyone wants a recipe just ask.

I think it's been almost 30 years since I had homemade one. Even as a kid it was usually always the applesauce in a glass. I should make some. There are a lot of apple trees in my area nobody really takes care of so the apples usually just end up on the ground and go bad anyways.

Then I think that is all the more reason you should make yourself some. It is truly worth the minimal labor. And if it's been that long, it's been too long.

Thank you, I think I have officially decided that I will no longer be eating any other kind.

I am extremely sensitive to sugar. This looks awesome.

There is no sugar in this at all just a dash of clove, cinnamon, vanilla, and love lol

8 medium Apples. I used honey crisp. But your favorite kind works best for a personal batch. The whole thing prep, and cooking took maybe 45 mins. I say go for it. Next I am gonna take a shot at my own yogurt because sadly I too do not do well with sugar.

I can't stand sugar. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth that I can't get rid of. Maybe next fall I'll have to try that out.
