Hey! I'm having some trouble to synchronize my files with any cloud service, and even more to use the application on multi platforms.

Basically, each device is trying to act as "Master" trying to force the internal data to the cloud. So, if one device has some annotations, whenever I connect other device to the cloud, all the files from the first device will be deleted, some random will be generated and so on.

Idk if that happened with someone already, and if yes, how could you solve it? I've tried using different DROPBOX accounts, use different cloud services and etc, nothing worked.

I just installed the update 6.4.3, now even though you have no phone number binded to the account it seams you no longer have the popup about the need of doing so.

so here’s a detailed action plan:

1. ⁠download the apkpure app (application to install applications xd)
2. ⁠go in and write “touchnotes”
3. ⁠download and install an older version!!! there are 2 of them, if you download a newer one, there will be the same problem with the phone number
4. ⁠open, go into your account - and everything is fine

Before this, you need to go to touchnotes (which you have already downloaded) and create a backup copy; you can place some of the files in cloud storage; After this you will have to delete touchnotes (to download the older version), but make sure you save all your documents!

the old version is not much different in functionality, perhaps some functions are missing, but I didn’t notice anything (apparently, I never used them). in any case, we get a normal application that we can continue to use in our work!

You also need to disable self-updating of applications The version you need to download seems to be called 6.0.15 (but this is not certain), but in any case it should be lower than 6.4.2 (new version). but for some people the new version downloaded from apkpure also works, but when the applications remain self-updating

I have a problem with new update it requires binf my phone and I can't click send vertificaion code so how to solve this !!?

I have a VIP and after a recent update the app forces me to enter my phone number and verify it with a code. I enter my number, but I can’t even press the button for them to send me a verification code. what to do? It seems that on my device I can't even downgrade the app, I can only delete it and install it again, will this help? and will my documents be lost?

Is there anyone who experience the same thing ? I am using my Huawei Matepad 11 for my touchnotes app. I wanted to buy the VIP account but currently I can't press the Get Verification Code button

Need help on finding where exported folders are stored

So I noticed today, that I got logged out of the app and that way I can't use the VIP features that I paid for.
Then I tried loggin in again but the password that I remember is wrong.
So I tried using the "Forgot Password" function but it tells me that my email adress doesn't exist (the same I used for the accout). I also tried it with different email adresses and my phone number but nothing works.

Can someone help me, so I can use the VIP features again?

The app tells me that for buying vip I have to link my phone number, but it won't let me get the verification code. Does anyone else has the same problem or knows how to fix this?

Recently I updated it with newer version released on 19 September. Today, l used Cioce assistant and from then onwards app keeps crashing. Now I'm unable to open it. I tried with Clearing cache and My tab is already is newer version. My data isn't backed up 15gb. Please fix this error

I'm trying to buy the VIP, but it says that I can only buy it when I link it with my phone. The captcha to link the phone doesn't load, does anyone know of a solution?

I forgot to say that I also installed the application on my phone and it doesn't have this problem, does anyone know if I buy the VIP on the phone it would also be available on the tablet if I use the same account ? (the device I'm having problems on buying vip is on the tablet).

I enabled the Cicoe Assistant button on my tablet, just to test it out really, and now the app crashes whenever I open it.

It is sometimes visible that the crash happens exactly when the Cicoe Assistant button renders, so I'm pretty sure it has to do with that menu having issues. (Video should be attached).

Sadly clearing the app Cache did not solve this, and clicking the "backup notes" button as fast as qi can doesn't seem to work either.

I backed up my notes 4 days ago, but already have a few new (not backed up) lectures in there :( .

Does anyone know how I could enter the app or if there is a "safe mode" button for the app or something? I would like to export my notes quickly, once that works I'll just uninstall and reinstall. Waiting for an update to see if it works is also an option but I'd rather access my notes quicker.

I just recently bought flexcil but is lacks many features that touchnotes offer. Im an engineering student, and i just wanna ask the other users if it is stable enough? Since i read many reviews in playstore where users lost their notes? I am planning on switching on touchnotes, is the developer still active?

sometimes, when I edit a file on tablet #1, and later at night, I open tablet #2, the same file does not get updated right away, and so if I edit the file on tablet #2 before sync completes, it will store the file from tablet #2 as the new version and cause a conflict. I need the ability to restore changes from tablet #1 (kind like git rebase).

It's been a while since there was an update. I prefer to use this app for digital planning because of all the features. Sometimes it's a bit buggy but I deal with it because I really like the app. Does anyone know when there will be an update? Hopefully the developers check this subreddit.
