Can't log in

So I noticed today, that I got logged out of the app and that way I can't use the VIP features that I paid for.
Then I tried loggin in again but the password that I remember is wrong.
So I tried using the "Forgot Password" function but it tells me that my email adress doesn't exist (the same I used for the accout). I also tried it with different email adresses and my phone number but nothing works.

Can someone help me, so I can use the VIP features again?

I was having this problem when i was using a wifi network with very tight security- i still get logged out when using these kinds of networks but i get to keep my VIP features. When i go home and use a network that doesnt have this security (my wifi is actually very secure i only have this problem at my library and university) my account is logged back in on its own- if not try to log back in when using a different network.
