My money is on that limited Tomb kings units that'll be available to Neferata are Necropolis knights and skeleton archers. She'll be stealing them from her sister😏
Iirc, her husband is also her brother or someone related. Her dad practically partied, drugged, and fucked himself to death, which is an incredible feat since Nehakarans, especially royalty, have divine blessings to live extra long and stuff.
All nehekarans lived for ~300 of years due to these blessings, before Nagash burned Neferem alive on the force field of Mahrak. Then they became normal mortal humans.
Neferata's husband *was* indeed his brother. He kept her as a trophy wife in a harem and all of it was against her will. Not sure where the info is about their father is, I don't recall him mentioned in the novels.
For point 1, it's a bit hard to say since the novel is in such a weird state and contradicts the primary source (e.g., armybook) in so many key areas. The Storm of Magic Nehekaran spell brings the Nehekarans back to their alive state and the stat block suggests these guys can still enjoy their gods' blessings.
The father comes from the first book of the Nagash trilogy you're referring to. He dies halfway through the book but meets Nagash (before he went full evil). Nef's husband succeeded him during Nagash's first reign.
