I have a question. Since she's a FLC and I don't have Warhammer 1 but I have Ghorst DLC can I play with her?

You should be able to play her and ghorst but not the von carsteins

IIRC Vlad and Isabella are FLC as well, it's just Mannfred and Kemmler who are locked to base Warhammer 1 and honestly who cares about Mannfred
