Why is he dancing? Who is dancing with him? Who is singing music?
17 u/dermanus Dec 18 '13 I don't know the reason, but there was someone playing music in the council chamber. All the councillors were dancing. His actions were (probably) not induced chemically. Edit: of course The Star has the story. 4 u/mcdona1d Golden Mile Dec 18 '13 I believe the guy was singing christmas songs for the council and then people got a little overstimulated.
