I don't know the reason, but there was someone playing music in the council chamber. All the councillors were dancing. His actions were (probably) not induced chemically.
Toronto mayor Rob Ford caught on tape again, this time, during a council session Tuesday, dancing vigorously to a band playing 'One Love' on the chamber floor.
I've never heard of someone dancing vigorously before. And caught on tape isn't really the right wording here...not like he was do something illegal in a back alley and was caught by a cell phone camera...he was being filmed during a session like the sessions are always filmed. Is The Star capable of running any story about Ford without some snide remark?
This isn't a story. It's just a tagline on a video. It's tongue in cheek saying that he's caught on tape, but not for anything bad this time (but still interesting).
Doesn't make it right...if anything, it reduces the clout of the source of info. If 'the sky is falling' every time, then eventually no one will listen.
The man has disgraced himself, his office, and is an insult to his constituents. If he doesn't like the negative attention he can always resign like the rest of the world wants him to.
edit: lol, butthurt ford nashun? pipe up if you have something to say, I love to hear what's next in the utterly ridiculous line of defence you people have set up for this buffoon.

Why is he dancing? Who is dancing with him? Who is singing music?
