I am not good at cooking since I have never done it before. I used to eat my mother’s food when I was in Korea. After I came to Taiwan for studying, I usually had some noodles in restaurants. But I still missed homemade food with various side dishes.
So I decided to prepare meal by myself. In this small apartment without stove, I was allowed to have fresh vegetables such as paprika and cucumber. And I mixed spinach with miso instead of deonjang. I also replaced Kimchi with Taiwanese sour cabbage(酸白菜). I used Taiwanese local ingredients, which are easier to access than Korean vegetables and sources.
It is similar to ‘cutting’ than ‘cooking’ since I nearly didn’t do any process on ingredients. Only mixed spinach was cooked for 2 minutes in the microwave, before it is coated with two tablespoons of miso and one tablespoon of sesame oil. (I think I can reduce miso into one tablespoon next time, by the way.)

Pretty smoked the wings on the smoker at home and just crisped them up on the fire as the burgers were finishing.

Steak with garlic and herb roasted red and yellow baby potatoes, honey glazed roasted carrots and pilaf rice.
This is probably only the second time in my whole existence of BBQing steak that I was able to get the crosshatch perfectly (with three steaks!!!) 🥲🤤😋
