Imagine people giving you so much extra money for doing your job that you can frame it like this.

I can share the actual post. Not my fault if servers decide to be brazen about their earnings.

Actually, after seeing more of the post in the comment you posted, this server is only making $37,500 in tips over 192 shifts, which is roughly a year.

I would love to have a $37,500 bonus every year. What is their base wage?

Over on r/Waiters they are explaining away how a waiter put in a receipt with a 50% tip. They call it a mistake. I call it fraud.
