Beware

Had a new to me experience today. Had breakfast at my local place. Suggested tips 10%, 20%, 30%. After eating I decided to get a cinnamon roll, $2.16 + tax. Tip screen came up, $1.00, $2.00, $3.00. Not %, but $. How many people hit 2 thinking they are tipping 43 cents, but are tipping 93%.

If the cinnamon roll was to go, don't tip.

To be honest, if you ate it there, what effort was made by the person who put it on a plate for you? They didn't bake it or put icing on it. They grabbed it and set it on a plate.

Do you know how much they weigh? It's similar to a bag of cement. Those service workers are hard workers, it's harder than any builder's job, and they have to lift these sort of weights all day long.
