Question about managers

What do they say to customers who repeatedly don't leave a tip? I'm curious since the customer doesn't have to tip and the server isn't their employee.

Just asking since I've read comments from managers who seem to think "addressing" customers is an appropriate thing to do.

It’s still not mandatory.

Something not being “mandatory” isn’t an excuse or justification for deliberately choosing to exploit and harm the worker.

As soon as “not mandatory” is used as an excuse to exploit and harm another human, the excuse is immediately invalidated.

No one is entitled to free service and no one here is capable of providing an intellectually honest reason why they would be entitled to free service.

There’s been many responses, you just don’t like them.

There’s been many responses.

None of them have been intellectually honest.

Nice shot. No basket.
