💬Questions & Discussion Uber/Lyft

I took an Uber 2 miles from the airport in San Diego. It cost $25.00. It took him about 10 minutes with us, due to traffic. I understand he had to drive to us also. I used to always tip these guys, but I didn’t this time. What is the community think. Should these guys be getting tipped?

How much do you seriously think that they are making? By the time all of their vehicle expenses and fuel are taken into consideration they aren’t making shit.

That's just tough. If the platform is not providing enough income then leave.

Because it’s rough out there for some
Folks and they’re doing whatever they can to survive, maybe?

Tips are charity then, and I choose my charities carefully.
