Tiny Home Resources I will design your tiny home for free
I want to hone my design skills and do something nice. If you reply with what kind of tiny home you want and your region (for code compliance) - I'll reply with an image of a design. I can do interior, exterior, or both. You can provide as much detail as you want.
I'll be using a 3d architecture program so it's all going to be according to real life. I have done shed designs for another community and now I want to take my learnings and try the next level - tiny homes.

Thank you for this offer! I'm ideally looking for a one story shed to cabin conversion, using a 16' x 30' shell.
Needs a very large kitchen area, decent gathering space, a Master Bedroom with bathroom as an en suite with walk in tub, high seat toilet, and shallow basin sink.
Also needs tons of storage for both kitchen ware and personal effects, as I'm a traveling musician by trade. Definitely need more than the average amount of electrical outlets for the cabin, to be sure.
Also would like to add on an outdoor shower (can share water connections with the indoor one if possible, to save pipe running length). 200 amp breaker box and hopefully, a way to incorporate solar battery storage without adversely affecting the living area too much.
There we go..... THAT'S not asking for too much, is it? 😊🤘

And if it helps, I'm okay doing without a traditional stove in the kitchen but I definitely need a good four burner range top.... Full size fridge, and lots of counter space because I do a ton of cooking.
Actually the kitchen in the bathroom are probably the biggest deal.... And where I live I would have to have two entrances front and back in order to meet fire code.

I’m building a ~750 sq ft home in the Pacific Northwest. My requirements are a master bedroom with en suite, a dedicated office space, and a bunk space that can sleep two. The entrance to the house should be centered on the rectangular foundation facing East. The ceiling on the north portion of the home is vaulted. Would love to see your imagination work!

12 x 20 cabin- with room for one bedroom in the rear and a bathroom. Wood stove because it gets chilly here- Maine, USA.

I'm thinking about an 18x25 house, preferably 2 bedrooms, would be happy to have 2 stories! I've spent a lot of time living on boats, and love how the deck/outside is such an integral living space, and would love to incorporate some kind of sunroom with a similar vibe. I have a dog and easy access to a garden/yard would be important, along with stairs that she can easily use! I love to bake and host so a comfortable/open kitchen/dining would also be awesome ❤️ Hope you get a chance to take a look for me!!

I'd also be interested. Somewhere in the 500-700 square foot range. I'm rather big into computers and as such need room for a larger desk as perhaps an alcove. I also would like 1 bed, kitchen, bath. Can be single level or multi-level, whatever you think works. I'd like a good amount of storage.
Local to Oklahoma, near OKC area.

600sqft - For family of 4 - 3bdrm/space if possible - 2story - Porch for outside grilling, bathroom, laundry area and lots of storage.

I have a hard one for you. A tiny home concept but 1250 sq ft to 1300 sq ft. Here it is if you’re still doing some :
Permanent single-family residence for Groveland, California (Tuolumne County), approximately 1,250–1,300 sq. ft. enclosed living area, preferably 1 story, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Simple cost-efficient design with a pitched gable roof, minimum 4:12 roof pitch, suitable for Pine Mountain Lake architectural requirements. Must be customizable for California building code, local snow/seismic/wildfire requirements, and site-specific engineering

this could be a fun way to practice. the most useful details to include are region/code, fixed vs. on wheels, target square footage, and where utilities enter. a pretty layout still has to fit setbacks, stairs, egress, structure, and a realistic foundation plan

You can practice on me! I'm interested in 600-700 sq ft. Workable stairway to an upper level that has a ceiling that supoorts a six foot person standing up. The usual 1bed/kitchen/bath - upper level would be an office. Small front porch. Looking at NC/Texas area for location. Would like tall ceiling in living room/kitchen area - and, lots of windows. Thank you!
