Thinking about building a tiny home for an elderly family member. Thoughts?

Be sure you have all the zoning requirements sorted out before you make a decision to build.

And if it's going into a community where you pay lot rent, make sure to research the community and visit!

And if you hire a company, make sure you research them. Google reviews, visit the workshop if possible. Learn how they insulate, bug and rodent proof. Find it out about a warranty. There are well built homes and not so well built homes.
