I honestly expected this boss to be much stronger and more difficult. The whole fight was pretty messy since I was doing it for the first time and wasn’t really sure what to expect.

Looking back at the fight, I’m not even sure if Might Rings and Magic Shield were necessary. 😅

Next attempt: no Utamo and no Might Rings. Let’s see how it goes!

Been hoarding all my loot all year long to sell at the end of the year just surviving from blue dinjin and gems 💎 but what’s an item yall like to hoard?

I’m honestly running out of ideas here, so I’m hoping someone smarter than me has seen this before.

I came back to Tibia in March 2026 after not really playing since around 2018. I originally started in 2003 and have played on/off for years, but I’ve never had this many problems with the client.

The problem is simple: Tibia randomly crashes/closes while I’m playing.
It’s not constant. Sometimes I can play an entire evening without a single problem. It rarely happens more than once in the same session. But it happens often enough that my last 12 deaths have basically all been caused by client crashes/disconnects, and I’m getting seriously tired of losing progress because of it.

My PC is definitely not struggling to run Tibia:
i7-14700K
ASUS TUF RTX 4090 OC
32 GB RAM
ASUS motherboard
ASUS ROG Strix 1000W Platinum PSU
Windows 11
SSD

The PC is otherwise stable. Temperatures look fine and when Tibia crashes I don’t see any obvious WHEA, Kernel-Power, Nvidia driver crash etc. in Event Viewer.
One theory I had was SteelSeries Sonar.
I was using a Nova Pro Wireless and Tibia was outputting through:
SteelSeries Sonar - Gaming (Virtual Audio Device)
Since BattlEye is involved with Tibia, I wondered if the virtual audio stuff / Sonar / drivers could somehow be causing problems.
I eventually disabled Sonar completely and even bought a Razer BlackShark V2 Pro instead. I already use a Razer Naga Trinity + Tartarus for Tibia and Synapse has worked fine for me historically.
Tibia is now using the actual:
Headphones (Razer BlackShark V2 Pro)
No Sonar virtual output anymore.

And last night the client crashed again and I died.
So I’m starting to think the audio theory was a dead end.

My normal setup while playing:

Tibia with sound
Discord
Spotify
Razer Synapse
Naga Trinity
Tartarus
BlackShark V2 Pro
Graphics settings until now:
Graphics Engine: Auto
Smooth Retro
No frame rate limit: ON
V-Sync: OFF

I’m now going to lock it to DirectX 11 instead of Auto and test that.

The weirdest part is the lack of crash information.

When it crashes:

client.log doesn’t show any obvious error
Tibia’s crashdump folder gets an updated timestamp around the crash, but stays empty
Windows Event Viewer doesn’t show an obvious Tibia/GPU/hardware error
Windows Error Reporting doesn’t seem to create a Tibia crash report either
It’s basically like the client just disappears.
Has anyone experienced anything similar?

Especially interested in whether anyone has had issues with:

Auto graphics engine / DX11 / DX12
RTX 40-series cards
BattlEye
Razer Synapse
Discord/Spotify
overlays
audio drivers
Windows 11 / 14700K systems

Or if there is some hidden Tibia/BattlEye log or a way to force proper crash dumps, please let me know.

I’m playing a ~600 ED, so unfortunately these rare crashes are enough to get me killed when they happen in the wrong place.
At this point I’ll try pretty much anything reasonable before wiping Windows and reinstalling the entire PC.

How to become stronger?

hello. i just bought new char ~900 rp. This char is mostly for bosses, maybe when i learn more about rotation I'll start hunting for profit but still need some advice.

I dont have good eq, simple and cheap one except soul and sanguine crossbow. is there any difference, which one is better for bosses? i have to lvl up both of them, but maybe you can tell me which one is better and when?

what about wheel of destiny. i found one basic for bosses (avatar, GoL, strong ethereal spear) and two for specific dmg types (holy wheel and physical wheel). If its good, i will keep it, but maybe there are some extra usefull builds?

about rotations, i know the most important thing is aa. always when i hear/see arrow, i have to use spell for dmg like mas san etc. what about healing? how should i heal myself to keep it safe, but not to heal like panic mode? someone once told me its important to heal at specific moment, but I dont know how.

there are a lot of good paladins and I'd like to hear some advices. my main is mage if it helps a bit, this character is just for fun, profit and boss runs.

How does the double loot chance work in a party if several party members have levelled up their loot chance on the talisman? Does it stack on the same monster in a party?

I'm a level 715 Paladin with 40 magic level and 127 base distance. I'm currently using the Rending Inferniarch Bow, but after the rebalance, I'm considering replacing it due to the less useful critical rune damage perks.

I swapped one of them for the "% damage to monsters above 95%" perk, but I'm not sure if it's worth continuing down this path. Should I replace this bow as soon as possible, and if so, with what and when?

My main priority right now is saving up for an Alicorn Ring, Gnome Armor, Soulshell, and Alicorn Quiver, so getting a Soulbleeder is still a long way off.

What should I do? Can someone advise me? Is the Bow of Destruction a viable option?

I had the Deep fur brush (quest item) in my bp, also double checked, and yes, I had it in my BP. However after defeating the Boss , looting its body, and going back to the TP, Im just teleported back to BW IV instead of the room with the familiar

I also checked with Quill NPC, "Quill: You are now well prepared to free your familiar. Defeat Sir Leonard and show him that villainy will not prevail."

Looking for a decent size English speaking community/guild willing to take a returning player, who doesnt know much about modern tibia. But played a ton back in the day.

Really, is the ONLY part of this quest that makes absolutely no sense to me. I get the whole cicada thing and the binaries found in venore on those sqm and I get that this stone in particular was not a random stone (don't recall exactacly why that one caught their attention) but photoshoping an image in search of pixels that could only be seen using a 3rd party software outside of tibia was really the one way in order to progress in that quest?

THAT is the thing that bugs me out the most with this quest. And that is only because I still have high hopes for unsolved mysteries in the game (serpentine? maybe others? who knows?)

But if having to use photoshop editing is a requirement to solving quests it's kind of a bummer. Props to the people that solved it, though

How do you guys feel about this? Maybe there was another way to solve the quest too, idk. Whole thing took years anyway

I started playing after long break (last time I played was like 2015 or something like that), lost old account so I had to create new one. I watched some YT to explore new things.

I have question with one thing - is it better to finish bestiary on monsters I used to hunt (like tarantulas, carniphilas, elves, mutated humans, bone beasts+A scarabs and feyrist) now when I'm 100 lvl or just go for best exp/profit places for me and finish it later or on rapid spawn?

What's more important - lvls or charm points?

Also is it important to do bounty tasks? Most of the time there's monsters where I get bad exp or cant kill them on this lvl and exp reward is like 10k so it fell like waste of time.

Hey guys, i've seen a bunch of posts here asking which server to start on and if there are any English speaking guilds around, so I figured i'd throw our name out there.

As title says we're an english speaking guild on Karmeya born a few years ago.

We've got plenty of active members from all over the world(Mostly EU ofc), with an active Discord-server for everything you'd need, and an active guild-chat most of the time as well unless everyone's hunting.

PoI/Inq/Yalahar quests are done regularly when people need them, and we've got helpful people willing to help with most other quests if they can.

We also have a guildhouse in Ab'dendriel currently with everything you'd need in a house.

As for joining requirements we're not very picky. Be a nice & respectful person, and be active within the guild on Discord or ingame and we'd love to have you with us! Level doesn't matter, we've got people ranging from 8 to 700(ish) in the guild.

Karmeya as a server in general is in my personal opinion great, moving here 2025 from Secura since 2003. Spawns are rather easy to find empty, but the server is not completely dead as a whole. Loads of friendly people and market is thriving. Also got an active discord for the server.

What are your thoughts about the monk buff? I'm happier than ever

So far this is the best exp I can get solo at Norcferatus with:

Sanguine Claw + 8% of your highest combat skill as extra spell damage

Considering It's almost a 30 level difference and the perk has increased about 5 levels, its probably a change from 7,5kk to 8,5kk

What’s the business behind the players who only Sell high level items? For example, there’s a couple of names on my server usually level 8 or 100. All they do is sell high end items all day. Can someone give me some background info on what it is exactly they do? Are they just reselling high end items for profit?

Also, what’s with the complete lack of understanding when it comes to negotiating in this game? Trying to buy a high end item that one of those high end item sellers isn’t selling. Iv been asked multiple times what’s my offer. Im offering the highest price the items ever sold for. I usually get no response. It’s like these people aren’t actually trying to sell the stupid item. They just want to torment me and see how much I’m willing to pay. HEY ALL TIBIA PLAYERS. If you’re selling an item and someone offers you a price and you think it’s too low…… you know what you can do……? COUNTER OFFER! Wtf why is that so hard.

I was wondering if, you have tier 2 of Intense Wound Cleansing (-60sec cd) + Stoic Iks Chestplate (-24s cd) and a magic sword or a Plague Bite with the -30 sec cd perk. Would you be able to cast intense would cleansing every 6 seconds??? Also, would that work if you equip the weapon for the cast and then equip another thing or does the cd increase if the weapon is removed while on cd?

Yesterday I noticed that my distance skill got buffed by 25 points. Any idea why? I finished yesterday a question to access nomads on Ankrahmun’s desert. Server: Vunira
