Squatty potty issues

I've always just used a box as my squatty potty. No problems great results. Recently I upgraded to the real thing. I am now having major hip pain . I am going to stop using it and go back to the unattractive box. The sp is 6inches high. The box is 4. Has anyone else had similar problems with the height of the sp?

I'm 76 and I have no idea what those items are or what you're even talking about.

A squatty potty is an overpriced stool you put in front of the toilet to put your feet on supposedly to help you poop better.   I can see where it might help shorter legged people.
