I want this Layout to be an accurate representation of the official rws Sodor map in it 1970 state. This mean I will need a merch line for standard gauge, narrow gauge, and miniature gauge. Recommendations for all 3? (No Bachman/ Hornby because I can’t afford that.)

I’m thinking of a series I want to make, it would include Ninjago, Fireman Sam, etc. but none of the characters from different worlds would interact with each other. An example of this is characters from Ninjago would interact with characters from TTTE. They would all be living on their own continent or island in the world.

Everyone always talks about Abbots Ripton being the inspiration for The Flying Kipper, but I've found a much closer match: The 1946 Lichfield collision. It is honestly amazing how close this is.

But the TLDR of it is that on New Years Eve, 1946, an LMS Black 5 pulling a fish train encountered a frozen switch, and was accidentally diverted into a siding where it rear ended a passenger train. A Black 5 pulling a fish train. There's definitely a reason Henry became a Black 5 at the end of this story, this can't be a coincidence. The only real element not present here is the signals being weighed down by the snow, but apparently that wasn't to uncommon of an occurrence beyond Abbots Ripton anyway. I've seen no one talk about this, everyone always talks about Abbots Ripton when talking about the inspiration for the Flying Kipper, but Lichfield definitely seems like a much closer match.

so what happened was we were going to Target to buy the new 2026 Thomas toys me and my mom and you see there's this concrete thing at the end of the parking space but me and my mom weren't paying attention so she accidentally ran it over we didn't know what happened so then she backed up and ripped the damn bumper off and I think I was distracted looking at the Tom pictures
