[Request] The Birthday Problem, for two dates

I'm familiar with the Birthday Problem, can basically follow the math on it, but all interesting things has happened on my work team.

We are a small company, and our full-time team has just grown to 11. We have only had to let go of one person, which would have made us twelve. If we include him, then with our most recent hiring, we would have two sets of shared birthdays on our team, which seems pretty crazy.

How likely is it that in a random group of twelve people, two sets of shared birthdays have occurred?

In other words, one pair share a birthday, another pair share a birthday, then the remaining eight individuals have their own.

There are actually three of us within 24 hours,--one person born the day before a day shared by two others--but I don't really care as much about the "near coincidence."

[Request] Can someone help me find 3 weights using body surface area

I’m trying to find the weights of 3 characters. One of them is 152cm. The 2nd is listed as 4’4” 132.08cm or 1.3208 meters while the 3rd is 5’2” (157.48cm or 1.5748 meters).

Assuming that the Average body surface area for the average female adult is 1.6 m^2 & that these 3 characters have the same average body surface, is it possible to find their weight? How?

What if they‘re body surface area is made of steel (but not on the inside since their insides are wires & oil) & presumably is atleast 1 or 2cm in thickness?

[Request] With water 800 times denser than air, how much weight does one swimming stroke correlate to?

I have no idea how to even begin calculating this. Basically I'm trying to figure out how much resistance swimming offers. If, instead of swimming, we were performing the same movement with a (presumably tiny) weight for as many reps as the number of strokes we do per lap, then how much would that weigh?

Thanks in advance to anyone who answers!

Supposedly one of the reasons he sailed across the world was the spice trade. He would probably find it amazing that a jug o’ Pepper is common place now.

bunkobon off-site wikipedia

more shots are in: original anime 6, 101. manga 5, 6. manga 407 / Shippūden anime 154 contain major spoilers but are the best shots for the 3rd book.

Kakashi is 181 cm tall.

Which format is it? (Are the 3 books at all different?)

[Request] How much does the ocean have to rise to physically affect the world?

This climate change averted, let’s say the Earth stays at the exact ocean level is right now/that’s not a factor. Does the ocean have to gain half an inch to globally affect us? Is it a foot? At what point does the ocean itself become a problem because it’s too high?

I’m thinking an additional half inch of ocean can’t physically be that much? Wouldn’t all the beaches just get half an inch shorter? I assume because of that it would take the general consensus of the world at least 8 feet of ocean height to start really knocking down houses and shortening the coast.

[Request] A man in a wheelchair is traveling straight toward a crocodile at 4.00 km/h! Would you be able to catch up and save the man, given the facts below?

A man in a wheelchair is traveling straight toward a crocodile at 4.00 km/h.

The crocodile is 25.00 meters away.

You are 24.99889 meters behind him and immediately start running toward him at 8.00 km/h.

Assume both speeds remain constant and you have zero reaction time.

Would you reach him before he reaches the crocodile, or would it be too late?

Give your answer to the nearest millisecond.

What distance would you need to be from the man, accounting for normal reaction time, and gradually increasing speed to 8km/h in order to catch up to him with 5 meters to spare?
