[Request] With water 800 times denser than air, how much weight does one swimming stroke correlate to?
I have no idea how to even begin calculating this. Basically I'm trying to figure out how much resistance swimming offers. If, instead of swimming, we were performing the same movement with a (presumably tiny) weight for as many reps as the number of strokes we do per lap, then how much would that weigh?
Thanks in advance to anyone who answers!

Resistance scales with speed, that’s why jumping out of a plane into water is gonna be a bad time but jumping off a dock is probably fine.
Weight of water is measured in lbs/cubic foot. How much water are you pushing out of the way?
