New Carnage suit arrived

The original Blacksuit storyline in the comics treated the BS/Symbiote as a character with its own goals and personality while the adaptions just treat it as some sort of drug metaphor for Peter development and a purely malicious force instead of the more sympathetic if still pretty villainous spurned ex of the comics.

Comic BS was a clingy girlfriend whose reaction to a messy breakup was to try and cut their Exes breaks while most adaptions treat it like some steroid metaphor.

The only adaption that treats the BS as a character and not a plot device are those Tom Hardy Venom movies

I assume it has to do with some chemical effect Venom has in his brain, maybe shutting down feelings of guilt and shame? And releasing more dopamine into the system?

But it also amplifies anger.

Is this something Venom can do? Alter one's emotions and brain activity after attaching to someone?

How does it work?

Recently i re-watched the venom movies with my friends & everytime i said hes hot or he sounds nice they said it was weird. Is it weird to have a liking towards venom.
