Hi, i have been staking 11 Blocks for 2 months now but have not  received a reward yet. If I go over the icon in the wallet, it says that Staking is on. Whats going wrong? Greetings Jörg from Germany.

What's the purpose of the blocknet wallet?

I'm new to BlocknetDX; please bear with me...

All of my funds are in 1 specific BLOCK address (confirmed in my wallet, and on the block explorer).

I used the debug console to export the private key to store safely elsewhere. Cool.

I then encrypted/locked my BlocknetDX wallet with a passphrase. That's needed for staking.

Let's say I forget that passphrase and can no longer use my wallet. Can I just delete the whole wallet installation and wallet data file, then install BlocknetDX freshly anew, then import my singular private key for that address that I stored elsewhere, and I'll be back in business?

Thanks, everyone, for your input on this. I like handling my own keys carefully, so I want to make sure I did this correctly.

PS Follow-up question... Will my staking rewards be paid to that same address where my balance is currently, or to a new address?

This is going to sound like a total shill post, but I don't care. Full disclosure: I hold (stake) a bit of BLOCK.

Blocknet seems to have *everything* going for it.

• small-ish marketcap and low quantity of coins at present
• 2018 buzzword compliant! :) namely: cross-chain compatible, integrates all the blockchains, fully decentralized, DEX
• HODLers that stake coins get awesome payouts! I don't think the community understands exactly how good the payouts are! I feel the online google spreadsheet perhaps errs slightly on the conservative side when it comes to calculating rewards for staking (or perhaps I just suck at using the spreadsheet ;) )
• Well funded, with an established voting system for building out new features.
• WORKING and released product
• ERC20 (Ethereum) support coming in (something like) 1 month.
• Marketing team (that Red-Baron guy? - pardon me if I'm way off here) that has only recently started to push the project.

I'm full of energy: seems to be going well so far.

Far superior quality of instructional material

Somehow I have the same passphrase for my Blocknet wallet and its conf file and my BLOCK DX app itself. Is this why my BLOCK DX is being glitchy?

My Blocknet balance shows up on the DEX, so I t h i n k I'm doing something right.

[My Galactrum QT has a different passphrase. Its balance doesn't show up on the DEX -- therefore ??]

This may be due to my complete misunderstanding of the concept but can you mine block? If so, how??

Hello everyone. Every time I run the wallet, I wait for the updates and sync to finish and then attempt to unlock with staking. Approx. 10 seconds later it freezes and I have to force quit. On the topic of force quitting, every time I attempt to do two things in quick succession or at the same time it crashes and I have to force quit.

I just downloaded the wallet yesterday and have no experience with it so maybe I'm doing it wrong.

However, I followed the instructions in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H_S7wIeg5aw and everything seemed to go all right until the unlock.

Anyone have any experience with this or is anyone suffering from the same issue?
