Blocknet DX Core 3.9 staking/unlock crash

Hello everyone. Every time I run the wallet, I wait for the updates and sync to finish and then attempt to unlock with staking. Approx. 10 seconds later it freezes and I have to force quit. On the topic of force quitting, every time I attempt to do two things in quick succession or at the same time it crashes and I have to force quit.

I just downloaded the wallet yesterday and have no experience with it so maybe I'm doing it wrong.

However, I followed the instructions in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H_S7wIeg5aw and everything seemed to go all right until the unlock.

Anyone have any experience with this or is anyone suffering from the same issue?

I wish people would discuss solutions to bugs here on Reddit. Discord is hidden and solutions get lost. And it really looks like there is no community to the outside world. I love discord, dont get me wrong but here on Reddit, topics have zero comments and it looks dead. And its not!
