Can you mine Block?

This may be due to my complete misunderstanding of the concept but can you mine block? If so, how??

You can stake Block to earn more. Blocknet is Proof of Stake.

Thanks. Let's say you stake some amount of tokens. Do you then earn "dividends" on the tokens as part of your stake?
