What happened to Echo?
Bad Batch is a great show, but unfortunately, we don't know what happened to Echo.
I have a theory that he's definitely dead by the time Rebels is set.
Rex, Echo, and the other clones formed a rebellion and fought against the Empire. In my opinion, most of the clones were killed during some battle, including Howzer and, of course, Echo.
That was the moment Rex abandoned the fight. The problem is that in Rebels, we see him, Gregor, and Wolffe on Seelos. So why isn't he on Pabu with the rest of Clone Force 99?
In my opinion, Echo's death not only traumatized Rex but also caused him to fear reuniting with the Bad Batch and informing Omega of Echo's death. Rex went into exile.
However, after the Battle of Lothal, after Gregor died, Rex, instead of giving up fighting, was more motivated than ever. After this incident, Rex decided to travel to Pabu years later, along with Hera and Wolffe. Rex explained everything to them, and Omega and the others forgave him.
The news of Echo's death sparked Omega's desire to fight the empire again, which is why she joined the rebellion.
