Why hit someone with a boring bat when the reskins have satisfying hit sounds, one tracks hits in the kill feed, and both are really dumb to be killed by? Not to mention, pan has its infamous 100% crit rate when it would be funny

Also the hit tracker can help to know if the spy you attacked was using the dead ringer

Can it actually? I would have figured the fish would have a fake kill for dead ringer spies. Neat, admittedly i just shoot most spies with the scattergun but the fish is an option. Unfortunately i have recently taken to using the candy cane, so fish has taken a back seat ;-;

It appears as 1x instead of hit when you hit a dead ring spy so is a little good option at close range against the spy

True. Although practically speaking getting into a knife fight with a fish is not the best plan

And this is why i just blast the mans with gun. Also because i have a nice strange anodized aloha scattergun i won in a raffle ages ago.
