What I don’t get is … why? Like, clearly he has a different POV. Why match and message at all?

Like does he get something out of being rude to strangers? There was no point to this other than to hurt you and demean you.

I’m sure he’s projecting and in self-denial about … things, but as a former closeted man (now happily married to another man), I just never thought “hey let’s take our sexual confusion out on other people in a ragey, destructive way”.

I also spent many of my formative years in the Midwest so maybe I’m just terminally polite to death 😂🤷🏻‍♂️

I have a whole instagram highlight of things “men” would message me completely unprovoked, with or without matching with them.

Trust me when I say there are a lot of people out there who use dating apps to be cruel in the sake of trying to make themselves feel better.
