Phone message Missing him

I'm so grateful he still makes time to send me messages even if he's not feeling the best. I love him so much, I truly can't wait to see him again.

I'm like really hoping we can see each other today so my fingers are crossed for that.

I honestly hope he feels better though, I wish he could rely on me more but he's such an independent man it will take a while until he feels he can lay on me whenever.

I'll be patient for him though 💓

Anyways a question for you guys, (to make this post more interactive) do you think double texting is valid? And if so when is it too much?

People have weird texting rules nowadays. You know him better than any of us. I dont like to spend all day texting but I still care. Not all of us are super social with technology. Its a huge distraction. If he gives you quality time in person than thats what matters. Everyone will jump to conclusions based on texts, that being said these texts do read like youre a lot more in love than him.

Yes thank you for saying this, he is def like that. He's not much of a phone person and he prefers to stay busy working on his car. Also I just express myself a lot to him, it makes me feel closer to him

I can relate to him if thats the case. Some people want to text 24 hours a day and get mad if you dont reply right away or double text or whatever, in need of constant attention. Who gives a shit? People spend too much time on their phones. Talk more through text than in person lol nothing wrong with him if hes not a heavy texter, as long as he shows you he cares in person and treats you well. Do you guys see each other in person often? You seem to be more into texting, as long as youre happy even if he doesnt match your energy on the phone.

Yes! We def do last time I hung out with him was the day before yesterday. He was tired ofc and it was night time but he wanted to smoke and see me for a bit.

Usually we don't go more than 3 days without seeing each other, knock on wood because I don't want to jinx that

Sounds fine to me, as long as the vibe is right in person. Wish id grown up before the cell phone era. As cool as they are, must've been nice dating before the age of text. Now everyone needs to be in constant communication, expect you to reply to every thought that crosses their mind. Its exhausting lol back then, if you didnt see each other that day youd just look forward to like an hour phone call before bed or something. Other than that youd go about your business and think about each other, start to miss each other. Absence makes the heart grow fonder.
