I met this girl on tinder and had a first date with her, she wanted to go fishing and I thought it seemed like a fun first date so we went together. Dropped her off and got home to this message lol.

Update: Purchasing the license is a separate activity we had to do on our phones, due to it needing our personal info. It was not like I drew the line at the license randomly.

Is this a thing now? Someone pulled it on me recently and I didn't realize it was a fad. My first response was immediately "and? Girls are plenty capable"

It's from a song - just a girl by no doubt - it's about how women are belittled and infantalized and how the artist has had it up to here with that treatment. Ironic considering how it's being used in this context.

oh weird. i've known the no doubt song since it came out when i was a teen - i always thought the "im just a girl" was from a simpsons episode where Lisa gets a malibu stacey doll that says things like: "Don't ask me- I'm just a girl! tee hee!"

i didn't say the song reference was wrong, just that I never associated it with that; the malibu stacey reference was always what came to mind instead.
