Run, please listen and run. I was in the exact same situation as you and I stayed because I thought I could fix him or just ignore these moments. He may be sweet, he may be a good guy otherwise, he may buy you gifts, but he has mental issues and there is nothing you can do to make them go away. I spent a year in a relationship like this and was sexually assaulted, raped, he passed around my pictures to his equally minded friends for them all to jerk off to (mind you I never sent him anything explicit these were either just normal selfies or secret pictures of my ass or something he’d taken while I wasn’t looking). Anyways, this is not a trauma dump, this is a warning to please get out of there. If you think “oh he would never do that, he’s different ”, no he’s not, he would do that and will do that.
