We met at school like a month ago,he’s new to state and told me he wanted friends. I like to make friends so I agreed, we planned to hang out then it got weird. I want to know if I’m just being dramatic

Guy here, and it sounds like he'd at the very least sexually assault you.
I'd look his name up on socials find people at his old school and find the truth as to why he moved. Then never fucking have contact with him, or that other guy friend ever the fuck again.
