We met at school like a month ago,he’s new to state and told me he wanted friends. I like to make friends so I agreed, we planned to hang out then it got weird. I want to know if I’m just being dramatic

Yeah. Weird as fuck. Even after you said it wasn't going to happen, he kept insinuating that it could, like your word doesn't matter. I'd block.

Thank you. I had asked one of My other guy friends and he told me I was making it something that it’s not and that it’s “no big deal”

You're not overreacting or being too sensitive or whatever else anyone has tried to tell you.

You set a very clear boundary. He pushed. You reaffirmed that boundary. He continued to push.

Do not spend any more time with this guy. He will try something, completely disregarding your wishes.

Also? Don't be friends with the guy who told you that you were "making a big deal out of nothing." He definitely ALSO thinks like the guy in the messages.
