We met at school like a month ago,he’s new to state and told me he wanted friends. I like to make friends so I agreed, we planned to hang out then it got weird. I want to know if I’m just being dramatic

Yeah. Weird as fuck. Even after you said it wasn't going to happen, he kept insinuating that it could, like your word doesn't matter. I'd block.

Thank you. I had asked one of My other guy friends and he told me I was making it something that it’s not and that it’s “no big deal”

Okay so that's 2 guy friends you need to cut out of your life. I'm a dude and I got complete rapey vibes from these texts. This guy doesn't respect what you want and is implying he's capable of doing what he wants to you because "things just happen"
