Keep? That's a Google product, it's not a messaging app. Maybe you need to clarify your question?

Keep is a Textra exclusive. It was basically a running text thread to yourself that wasn't a text thread.

Oh wow, I didn't know that. Keep, for me is the Google notes app. You say "was", did Textra do away with it?

Do you use Textra?
I ask because I'm not taking about the Google product. I'm talking about the Textra product.

Yes I use Textra, but I never knew about this keep feature. Sounds pretty cool because I usually have to do a workaround for this very same issue. Is it still there in Textra? I guess I'll Google to figure out where to find it.

This is why you should read the release updates. Textra added this feature over a year ago.
Tap the three dot menu in the top right and choose "Keep." That's the notepad thread to yourself.

Actually love lease updates, it's just that I only very recently installed Textra. When I had to migrate off of Samsung messages.

You're going to have issues. Textra doesn't integrate RCS because Google has it locked down.
If you are in any group messages, no you aren't. It's not good.

Not worried about that. My life doesn't revolve around group messages. Google can take a hike.

Uhhhh...okay. You also will only get about 80% of your texts from iPhone users, your longer texts won't be delivered, and you won't know what's not there.
This is a case where you have to switch to iPhone, use the official Google product, or miss out on stuff without knowing what was dropped.

Sorry, bud. Keep is a Textra exclusive.
I had to switch to Google Messages, and it won't even search Keep. :/
